Engineering project own plexity has decided risk inevitable as well as the uncertainty, but the risk management takes the engineering project management system39。s important ponent, is refers to the risk which possibly meets carries on the predict that the recognition, the analysis, based on this and effectively handles the risk, realizes the biggest safety control scientific management method by the most low cost, reduces the possibility which in the engineering project the risk occurs, reduces or eliminates the risk the influence, obtains with the most low cost to the eng This article first carried on the risk management to the engineering construction do main the background as well as the necessity has carried on the analysis, explored the domestic and foreign scholars to with the risk management understanding and the development, introduced the engineering construction project to carry on the risk management the goal and the significance. The risk management research begins to the risk understanding, then, this article system has studied the risk by, the engineering project risk as well as the risk management related basic theory, and asked our country present project risk management existence question as well as the reason. This article key part lies in take AAA the engineering project carries on the entire process as the example the dynamic risk management analysis.
