The risk management research begins to the risk understanding, then, this article system has studied the risk by, the engineering project risk as well as the risk management related basic theory, and asked our country present project risk management existence question as well as the reason. This article key part lies in take AAA the engineering project carries on the entire process as the example the dynamic risk management analysis.
