畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)工程項目風險管理研究【摘 要】 風險管理是對項 目目標的主動控制。隨著科技的飛速發(fā)展和人們生活節(jié)奏的不斷加快,社會環(huán)境瞬息萬變,各工程項目所涉及的不確定因素日益增多,面臨的風險越來越多,再有我國的工程項目風險管理沒有一套完整的可供參考的方法體系,在工程項目的管理過程中,大多數(shù)是憑自己的經(jīng)驗辦事,風險所致?lián)p失規(guī)模也越來越大。項目風險管理是為了最好地達到項目的目標,識別、分配、 應(yīng)對項目生命周期內(nèi)風險的科學與藝術(shù),是一種綜 合性的管理活動,其理 論 和實踐涉及到自然科學、社會科學、工程技術(shù)、系統(tǒng)科學、管理科學等多種學科。 項目風險 管理的目標可以被認為是使?jié)撛跈C會或回報最大化、使?jié)撛?風險最小化。 風險識別、 風險估計和風險評價是項目風險管理的重要內(nèi)容。但是,僅僅完成這部分工作還不能做到以最少的成本保證安全可靠地實現(xiàn)項目的總目標。還必須在此基礎(chǔ)上對風險實行有效的控制,妥善地處理風險事件造成的不利后果。所謂控制,就是隨時監(jiān)視項目的進展,注 視風險的動態(tài),一旦有新情況, 馬上對新出現(xiàn)的風險進行識別、估計和評價,并采取必要的行動。 這就是項目風險管理的全過程。因此做好工程項目 風險的控制工作, 對保證 和加速經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有一定意義。本文首先通過風險的特點及基本性質(zhì),推出工程項目風險管理的必要性,接著詳細闡述了我國當前工程項目風險管理的現(xiàn)狀,然后提出風險管理存在的的誤區(qū)和實施中不完善、不規(guī)則表現(xiàn)方面。最后提出了工程項目風險 管理的對策,包括 風險的識別和分類,建立 風險應(yīng)急計劃,風險監(jiān)控與緩解策略、 應(yīng)急 計劃的調(diào)用等。【關(guān)鍵詞】工程項目。風險;管理 The research on the Project risk management Wutao(1 College of Economy amp。 Management, Management Department, Engineering Administer, Class0901, Shan xi , Tai yuan, 030024)Abstract: Risk management is the active control of project goals. Project risk management goals can be considered in order to make the potential opportunity or return maximization, in order to make the potential risk minimization. Risk identification, risk estimate and risk assessment is an important content of project risk management. However, only plete this part of the work also cannot do with minimal cost ensure safety reliably achieve project total goal. Must also be on the basis of the risk to carry out effective control, properly handle risk events of the adverse consequences. The socalled control, is always surveillance program, and look at the progress of dynamic, once there is risk of new situation, immediately to new risk identification, estimation and evaluation, and take necessary action. This is the whole process of project risk management.
