【正文】 我國企業(yè)物流成本管理中存在的問題以及降低物流成本的途徑 摘要 如今，經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、市場一體化的趨勢日益加強(qiáng)，企業(yè)面對變化無常、競爭激烈的市場環(huán)境以及顧客需求多樣化、個(gè)性化和消費(fèi)水平的不斷提高，物流管理越來越被企業(yè)所重視。而有效地物流成本控制又是物流管理成功的要素。 物流作為“第三利潤源”的重要作用已經(jīng)日益為人們所知曉。如何有效的控制物流成本， 以盡可能小的投入提供盡可能好的服務(wù)是企業(yè)物流部門以及物流企業(yè)所 面臨的重要課題。在理論上解決物流成本居高不下的問題，合理分配資源，降低物流成本。是促進(jìn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的 重要一環(huán)。 本文主要由五個(gè)章節(jié)構(gòu)成： 第一章 ，闡述了研究物流活動(dòng)和物流成本管理的背景和意義，并通過對物流概念的演變，指出國內(nèi)外就物流成本管理的研究現(xiàn)狀，強(qiáng)化我國物流成本管理研究。 第二章 ，闡述了物流管理和物流成本管理的涵義，歸納了有關(guān)物流管理的理論學(xué)說。 第三章 ，介紹了我國物流成本管理的現(xiàn)狀，以及就我國在物流成本管理方面存在的問題做了簡要的分析。 第四章 ，在對我國物流成本管理存在的問題的分析上，提出了幾種具體的方法和途徑，以期達(dá)到降低企業(yè)物流成本的目的。 第五章 ，案例分析，以安利公司為例，介紹了其采用的降低物流成本的方法所帶來的好處。 【關(guān)鍵詞】 物流 物流成本 降低成本途徑 Abstract Now, the economic globalization, the market integration trend strengthened day by day, the enterprise facing changeable, petition. The fierce market environment and customer demand diversity, individuality, and constantly improve the level of consumption, logistics management bees more and more attention to the enterprise. And efficient logistics cost control is the elements of a successful logistics management. Logistics as a “ third profit source” the important role has increasingly for people know. How to effectively control the logistics cost, with as little as possible into provide good service is the enterprise logistics department and logistics enterprise an important problem facing. In theory to solve the problem of logistics cost is high, the reasonable allocation of resources, reduce logistics cost. Of promoting economic development in China is important one annulus. This paper mainly consists of five chapters ponents: The first chapter, this paper expounds the research activities and the logistics cost of logistics management background and significance, and through to the evolution of the logistics concepts, and points out that on logistics cost management at home and abroad present situation of the study, strengthen our logistics cost management research. The second chapter, this paper expounds the logistics management and logistics cost management connotation, summarizes the relevant logistics management theory. The third chapter, introduces the present situation of China39。s logistics cost management, and in the logistics cost management in our country39。s problems of a brief analysis. The fourth chapter, in to our country logistics cost management on the analysis of the existing problems, and advances some concrete methods and ways to achieve the purpose of reducing logistics cost.
