【正文】 . . 摘 要 機(jī)械制造工藝學(xué)是以研究機(jī)械加工工藝技術(shù)和夾具設(shè)計(jì)為主技術(shù)學(xué)科,具有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐性,要求學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中應(yīng)緊密聯(lián)系生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐,同時(shí)它又具有很強(qiáng)的綜合性 。 機(jī)械加工工藝是指用機(jī)械加工的方法改變毛坯的形狀、尺寸、相對(duì)位置和性質(zhì)使其成為合格零件的全過(guò)程 。 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的課題是 CA6140 車床法蘭盤加工工藝規(guī)程及某一工序?qū)S脢A具設(shè)計(jì),主要內(nèi)容如下: 首先,對(duì)零件進(jìn)行分析,主要是零件作用的分析和工藝分析,通過(guò)零件 作用 分析可以了解零件的基本情況,而工藝分析可以知道零件的加工表面和加工要求。根據(jù)零件圖提出的加工要 求,確定毛坯的制造形式和尺寸的確定。 其次 ,進(jìn)行基面的選擇,確定加工過(guò)程中的粗基準(zhǔn)和精基準(zhǔn)。根據(jù)選好的基準(zhǔn),制訂工藝路線,通常制訂兩種以上的工藝路線,通過(guò)工藝方案的比較與分析,再選擇可以使零件的幾何形狀、尺寸精度及位置精度等技術(shù)要求得到合理的保證的一種工序。 再次 ,根據(jù)已經(jīng)選定的工序路線,確定每一步的切削用量及基本工時(shí),并選擇合適的機(jī)床和刀具。對(duì)于粗加工,還要校核機(jī)床功率。 最后,設(shè)計(jì)第三道工序 — 鉆法蘭盤孔的夾具。先提出設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題,再選擇定位基準(zhǔn),然后開(kāi)始切削力、夾緊力的計(jì)算和定位誤差的分析。然后 把設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程整理為圖紙。 通過(guò)以上的概述,整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)基本完成。 關(guān)鍵詞 :法蘭盤 ,機(jī)械加工工藝 ,夾具設(shè)計(jì) ,工序 ,定位 . .
