uality Audit Team, is effectively implemented and maintained as stipulated in QA005APP (Internal Quality Audit Procedure) in an annual basis. Corrective actions are carried out and its effectiveness is being verified. CAR issuance and monitoring is stipulated in QA006APP (Corrective Action Request Procedure). CAR is issued during ARS system. Last audit was done in 1516, 2021 June with audit result % with a total of 10 observations/5 areas from a total of 58 areas audited by internal quality team.
