【正文】 d Party B agrees to lease from Party A the Leasehold Property (the “Leasehold Property”) as indicated in Exhibit I, Exhibit II and Exhibit III in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Leasehold Property includes: a portion of the area in Basement One, a portion of the area on the First Floor, a portion of the area on the Second Floor, and a portion of the area on the Third Floor and a portion of area on the Fourth Floor (referred to as the “Premises”) of Guofei Commercial Plazathe property (Lot No.: 016018036) (the “Building”) located at the southwestern intersection of Yinbing South Road, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, China.
