To improve the development of the group pany and realize the scientification of the group corporation, they must establish the scientific group pany financial management bining the concrete situation and the differences pany running environment. This paper expresses the whole devise and theoretical structure of researching group corporations and financial management modes. Through the emphasis of the firm’s connation and features, we conclude three types of financial management modes, defining the three respectively. With the advantages and disadvantages of the modes, pare and analyze them accordingly. To sum up, deliberating analysis above, it should be proposed that our countries’ modern group panies are ought to form the opinin of integrating financial management mode and analyze practicing motivation with the practical utility in China Petrochemical Corporation.
