【正文】 以任何形式披露給第三方。any information that must be disclosed in response to a subpoena, interrogatory or order issued by any legally empowered administrative agency, government body or court, provided however that whenever possible an advance notice will be given by Receiving Party to the Disclosing Party and that the Disclosing Party takes such steps as to minimise the disclosure of such Confidential Information.4. 協(xié)議雙方的義務(wù) (Obligations of the Parties)，接收方應(yīng)對(duì)披露方披露的及協(xié)議雙方以任何形式所接觸到的對(duì)方保密信息負(fù)有保密責(zé)任，協(xié)議雙方的所有員工或顧問(wèn)不論是否直接參與項(xiàng)目，均負(fù)有同等保密義務(wù)。；any information that bees rightfully known to the Receiving Party without confidential restrictions from a source other than the Disclosing Party。any information acquired by the receiving party independently without access to the confidential information。；any information authorized by the disclosing party for disclosure。 The Period of Confidentiality as agreed by the Parties hereunder is from _______ to ________ totaling up to ______ calendar years.
