【正文】 司來說利用資本市場融資是解決前述需求的有效手段預(yù)期這種情形將會有越來越多地發(fā)生。隨著國內(nèi)汽車零部件行業(yè)的吸引力進一步增加各類資本進一步加大投資力度導(dǎo)致行業(yè)競爭壓力與日俱增。日本企業(yè)的做法擺脫了 “ 縱向一體化 ” 的負(fù)面影響將資源得以外延借助零部件企業(yè)的資源達(dá)到快速響應(yīng)市場的目的于是出現(xiàn)了這一新型的 “ 橫向一體化 ” 模式。根據(jù) Wards AutoWorld的最新調(diào)研表明以本田、豐田、日產(chǎn)為代表的日本汽車業(yè)在近幾年來通過建立起一種以追求團隊精神和協(xié)調(diào)意識運用戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟或外包的形式加強與供應(yīng)商和承銷商之間合作的新型零整體系顯得尤為富有成效。 中國加入世貿(mào)組織以后汽車零部件行業(yè)的資產(chǎn)逐年上升，從行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢來看，汽車零部件向?qū)I(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)變。 其次，部分企業(yè)已經(jīng)具備自主開發(fā)和系統(tǒng)供貨的能力 ，開拓了海外市場進入了國際采購體系，出口量逐年增長。 2 一、汽車零部件行業(yè)的地位及在國內(nèi)外的基本情況 汽車零部件企業(yè)目前的現(xiàn)狀，一個改革的探索，單一的在計 劃經(jīng)濟的時候大部分都是國有企業(yè)，通過改革開放，目前現(xiàn)在基本上尤其在零部件行業(yè)，這個資本的多元化結(jié)構(gòu)已經(jīng)形成了，而且在這幾種的地區(qū)基本上是民營資本，民營資本主導(dǎo)，組織結(jié)構(gòu)，經(jīng)營要素結(jié)構(gòu)，和經(jīng)營機制管理的方式都在進行變化，珠三角，長三角，環(huán)渤海，天津周邊，還有東北，都是環(huán)繞整車企業(yè)形成的零部件的布局，零部件企業(yè)必須適應(yīng)整車廠的要求。寧波市作為長三角汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群中的重點城市， “ 十二五 ” 期間也將為我國汽車零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展發(fā)揮更為重要的作用。 “ 十一五 ” 期間，寧波市汽車及零部件行業(yè)在政府的大力扶持以及企業(yè)的共同努力下得到快速發(fā)展，成為寧波市十大重點優(yōu)勢制造業(yè)之一。 【關(guān)鍵字】 汽車零部件、生產(chǎn)、管理、信息化 Abstract As the basis of automobile industry automobile parts manufacturing is an important factor supporting automobile industry developing constantly. Because of the uncertainty with orders and plex quality controlling at automobile parts production there are confusion and isolated information island in the production and quality management process which leads each department fail to work together harmoniously. To enhance the production efficiency and obtain more customers information li z at ion management should be implemented in the automobile parts manufacturing as soon as possible. The influential factors during the production and quality management procedure in automobile parts manufacture is analyzed deeply in the thesis. Modes about the production the quality management and the enterprise management have been summarized. Based on the analysis a BrowserServer mode is adopted in the design of production and quality management information system. By analyzing features of the system utilizing the UML tool on requirement modeling and referring the ModelViewControl structure on Java EE platform a decoupled analysis on each structure layer has been preformed which advised the replacement of the traditional SQL operation to the Hibernate framework the AspectOrientedProgramming on handling transactions and logging i
