With the difference in the concentration of stock, large shareholder, and constitution of shareholder, we have the difference of the way and effect that shareholder controlling the corporation, which affect the formation, performance, and effect of corporate governance model greatly. However, ownership structure of corporation has strong pathdependence on the history, culture, especially on the regulation of capital market of one country. Therefore, to change the model of ownership structure, we need to change the outside condition which the specific ownership structure relying on.
