【正文】 情況統(tǒng)計(jì) 主要功能：期刊部從期刊庫中 取走用于借閱的期刊統(tǒng)計(jì)。 輸出的接受者：期刊管理員 輸出的數(shù)據(jù)類型：字符型 輸出設(shè)備：顯示器 數(shù)值范圍： 9個(gè)字符 精度要求：比較高 運(yùn)行環(huán)境的選擇可以根據(jù)高校的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施以及技術(shù)水平進(jìn)行選擇，一般高校都會(huì)設(shè)有“信息技術(shù)部”，技術(shù)部門應(yīng)該經(jīng)常參加學(xué)習(xí)，掌握新技術(shù)的知識，方便維護(hù)與系統(tǒng)安全運(yùn)行。 服務(wù)器可 以 選擇 Windows202 Windows 2021或 Windows NT為平臺(tái) ,后臺(tái)為大型數(shù)據(jù)庫 SQL Server，采用先進(jìn)可靠的 C/S+B/S結(jié)構(gòu)，穩(wěn)定性及安全性好，運(yùn)行速度快 ,維 護(hù)簡單 [16]。 新 系統(tǒng)核心 模塊 采用目前最先進(jìn)的前端開發(fā)工具 Delphi 開發(fā) ,所有軟件部件全部為代碼，不采用任何其他外部構(gòu)件，從而保證了穩(wěn)定性和可靠性。系統(tǒng)只需要在服務(wù)器端注冊，客戶端無需注冊，最大藏書量可任意升級。軟件系統(tǒng)后臺(tái)應(yīng)采用大型數(shù)據(jù)庫如 SQL Server，采用 C/S（客戶機(jī) /服務(wù)器） +B/S（瀏覽器 /服務(wù)器）結(jié)構(gòu)，既能在 C/S下進(jìn)行所有操作又要有 B/S下的查詢統(tǒng)計(jì)等 WEB功能，除具有一般圖書館管理系統(tǒng)提供的讀者管理、采編、流通、統(tǒng)計(jì)及查詢等功能外，還具有預(yù)約、假期處理 (適應(yīng)法定假日處理需要 )、 借閱權(quán)限分離、 MARC數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入導(dǎo)出及暫停某些讀者的借閱權(quán)等，并能實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)備份，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)智能升級。 31 5 結(jié)論 本文通過調(diào)查對現(xiàn)行的圖書館管理信息系統(tǒng)所存在的問題作了詳細(xì)的分析，并通過分析給出了新系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的必要性與開發(fā)系統(tǒng)可行性分析，對于“高校圖書館管理信息系統(tǒng)”的分析與設(shè)計(jì)，通過全文，可以得出，新系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)是完全必要的、并且是可行的，舊系統(tǒng)一些操作復(fù)雜甚至不能完成的問題。 本文針對目前高校圖書館管理信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究，通過初步調(diào)查，了解到目前高校圖書館對于圖書館系統(tǒng)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)領(lǐng)域的開發(fā)尚處于初級階段，且現(xiàn)行系統(tǒng) 還存在著其本身功能的不完善導(dǎo)致運(yùn)行效率低、安全性不高、維護(hù)成本高等問題，為適應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代并且為師生提供更好的圖書館服務(wù)新系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)是必然的趨勢。 本文系統(tǒng)地對高校圖書館信息系統(tǒng)作分析與設(shè)計(jì)，從現(xiàn)行圖書館管理系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀了解到了原系統(tǒng)存在的問題并作了開發(fā)新系統(tǒng)的必要性分析，然后，對高校圖書館系統(tǒng)功能結(jié)構(gòu)分析、業(yè)務(wù)流程分析、數(shù)據(jù)流程分析等，最后給出了對高校圖書館信息系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)流程圖設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)、輸入輸出設(shè)計(jì)、運(yùn)行環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)等，解決了舊系統(tǒng)存在的不足，實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)較為完整的系統(tǒng)開發(fā)生命周期。 論文的主要 工作如下 : （ 1）系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與可行性研究：通過實(shí)地調(diào)查、網(wǎng)絡(luò)搜索等途徑，深入分析圖書館信息管理的業(yè)務(wù)流程，根據(jù)高校的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行可行性分析（技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、管理等），進(jìn)而確定了新系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的必要性與可行性。 （ 2）系統(tǒng)分析：通過對圖書館系統(tǒng)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)分析、功能結(jié)構(gòu)分析、業(yè)務(wù)流程分析，并運(yùn)用數(shù)字字典對各個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)元素加以說明，明確了新系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的主要方向。 （ 3）系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)：主要是通過對系統(tǒng)的功能模塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，包括系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)功能模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)、概念設(shè)計(jì)、邏輯設(shè)計(jì)、物理設(shè)計(jì)、輸入輸出設(shè)計(jì)、運(yùn)行平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)等 。運(yùn)用了 ER圖來說明各個(gè)實(shí)體之間的關(guān)系，并介紹了 SQLSever2021的一些特性，為選擇數(shù)據(jù)庫軟件作參考。 32 參考文獻(xiàn) [1]《校圖書館 —— 巨大的知識寶庫》 . 年 4月 1日訪問 . In addition, the selection of development tools, a brief introduction, in order to achieve a friendly interface, powerful, versatile good university library management information system.
