202126 9:57:16 來源：（2）歐洲對(duì)外行動(dòng)署正是歐盟整合內(nèi)部散體制的產(chǎn)物建立這個(gè)全新機(jī)構(gòu)的目的是為了進(jìn)步歐盟在對(duì)外關(guān)系領(lǐng)域的行動(dòng)才能促進(jìn)歐盟形成更有效的對(duì)外政策并且協(xié)調(diào)成員國(guó)與歐盟對(duì)外關(guān)系方面行動(dòng)的一致性（3）對(duì)于歐洲對(duì)外行動(dòng)署這個(gè)新生外交機(jī)構(gòu)它與歐盟其他機(jī)構(gòu)是關(guān)系它在歐盟對(duì)外行動(dòng)中起樣的作用具有樣的行動(dòng)才能人們同樣提出了質(zhì)疑
