【正文】 心素養(yǎng)。朱浦老師指出，現(xiàn)在英語教學在教研、教學方面存在的問題主要概括為缺乏課程意識、缺乏實證的分析、缺乏教學設(shè)計的整體性。教師在教學過程中如果沒有課程意識的指引，教學研究往往憑借自己個人的經(jīng)驗，對于教學設(shè)計沒有整體的設(shè)計，會使英語教學淪為單純的單詞與句子的講授，造成“只見樹木不見森林”的現(xiàn)狀。就教師教學方面普遍存在的問題，在以后的教學中，我會好好的反思加以提升。在今后的教學中，我將努力改進自己的教學方式，以新課程標準為指導，科學合理地設(shè)計教學過程，爭取讓學生學得更開心、更有效。專家語錄分享：：不必要的目標不要設(shè)定。不必要的活動不要實施。遠離主題和內(nèi)容的活動即使再精彩也無效。，尤其借班上課，如果學生掌握的很好，一定要賦予他們更多的內(nèi)容，如果掌握不好，可以隨機改變策略。，我們必須要注重個人素質(zhì)的提升，聽BBC廣播等。，也要脫離課本，超越課本。備課必須注重單元的整體性、必須注重語用教學、文化情感目標必須滲透到整節(jié)課中，不能在最后才突然出現(xiàn)。，多提供些閱讀材料，注重對學生發(fā)散思維的培養(yǎng)。，不能永遠停滯不前。，一定要重視學生的收獲。而不是把課堂當做教師自己的舞臺，進行特長展示。，教師一定要有清晰地示范，準確明了。 visual information is necessary in the example, when the teacher taught ‘fall over’, she gave a picture of a baby falling down, which made the students easy to know this phrase necessary things need to be kept in class while some unnecessary things can be given up, so that the class can be more effective and the students can get more free time to use language and municate with each is a big question that how to motivate the students in is hard for the teacher to keep the students interested in the whole class, so how to motivate them is a key class, the teacher always gives the students petition and we need to pay attention to is that what kinds of activities are useful or all the activities are fit for our the other hand, we should pay more attention to the quality of the answer instead of asking them to finish is hard for the students to concentrate on the whole class while the teacher can’t listen to all the lessons carefully a day try to make the class interesting or not blame too teachers like repeating the students’ answer while they get the answer is very good, why not ask the student to go to the front and repeat by himself? Maybe it’s better and more teacher teaches while the students forget which is very it is useful to cycle(the knowledge).
