三、實訓(xùn)內(nèi)容的總結(jié)、體會和感受為期一周的外貿(mào)英語實訓(xùn),每天的課程夠安排的非常充實,無論是老師還是學(xué)生都是按部就班,老師的細(xì)心,耐心,專心指導(dǎo),同學(xué)們表現(xiàn)出來的對知識的渴望和積極汲取,師生配合得相當(dāng)默契,課堂氣氛也相當(dāng)融洽。通過這次實訓(xùn),我又重溫了《外貿(mào)英語函電》一書中的相關(guān)知識內(nèi)容,根據(jù)《外貿(mào)函電》課程的性質(zhì)及學(xué)習(xí)目的與要求,《外貿(mào)函電》是一門實踐操作性很強(qiáng)的課程。也就是說,要達(dá)到正確擬寫外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)信函的目的,僅有理論是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的,必須學(xué)習(xí)大量外貿(mào)實務(wù)中有一定代表信的信函。更重要的是通過學(xué)習(xí)信例,熟悉大量外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)中各個環(huán)節(jié)中常用語,包括詞匯、短語、句型以及習(xí)慣表達(dá)方式等等,再通過一定量的練習(xí),對常用語進(jìn)行操練運用,從而達(dá)到掌握并熟練使用的目的。此外,就同一業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)選擇具有代表性的信函進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性的學(xué)習(xí),正確理解其內(nèi)容,體會它們的語言風(fēng)格和寫作技巧,對同一意思而不同意思而不同表達(dá)方式所收到的效果進(jìn)行比較,我們學(xué)習(xí)外貿(mào)函電就能從量變到質(zhì)變了。練習(xí)掌握《外貿(mào)函電》是一門模仿性、實踐性、操作性都很強(qiáng)的課程,不通過練習(xí)實踐,很難加深認(rèn)識,鞏固所學(xué)知識。只有進(jìn)行大量的有針對性的反復(fù)操練,尤其是外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)各個環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計特定情景進(jìn)行反復(fù)操作,進(jìn)行大量填空、填詞、選擇題、句子翻譯和中譯英信件的翻譯等各種類型的練習(xí),我們才能熟練掌握運用外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)這些常用的句型、詞匯和短語以達(dá)到能夠正確翻譯并能擬寫同類信函的目的??傊?,這一次的實訓(xùn),讓我了解到的不僅是一些理論知識的重要性,同時,作為一名外貿(mào)函電的從業(yè)人員更應(yīng)該具有膽大細(xì)心,誠信智慧等品質(zhì),往往一個小錯誤,小細(xì)節(jié)將影響一筆很大的業(yè)務(wù)收入,甚至是企業(yè)和自己的發(fā)展前途第五篇:外貿(mào)函電實訓(xùn)報告實訓(xùn)報告姓名: 學(xué)號:一、實訓(xùn)的主要內(nèi)容學(xué)習(xí)了《外貿(mào)函電》這門課程,我們開始了在北校機(jī)房的三次實訓(xùn)?!锻赓Q(mào)英語函電》課程是國際貿(mào)易專業(yè)的必修課程,本課程系統(tǒng)講述了外貿(mào)英語函電中常用文體的基本知識,并詳細(xì)講解了外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)磋商過程中各個環(huán)節(jié)往來函電的實例。通過這次實訓(xùn),我又重溫了《外貿(mào)函電》一書中的相關(guān)知識內(nèi)容,根據(jù)課程的性質(zhì)及學(xué)習(xí)目的與要求,它是一門實踐操作性很強(qiáng)的課程。也就是說,要達(dá)到正確擬寫外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)信函的目的,僅有理論是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的,必須學(xué)習(xí)大量外貿(mào)實務(wù)中有一定代表信的信函,深入體會寫作的基礎(chǔ)理論知識,更重要的是通過學(xué)習(xí)信例,熟悉大量外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)中各個環(huán)節(jié)中常用語,包括詞匯、短語、句型以及習(xí)慣表達(dá)方式等等,再通過一定量的練習(xí),對常用語進(jìn)行操練運用,從而達(dá)到掌握并熟練使用的目的。第一次實訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容是根據(jù)所給的材料,要求我們練習(xí)建立業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系,并撰寫一整套工作信函,包括詢盤,發(fā)盤,還盤,接受。建立業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系就是根據(jù)報紙、使館、因特網(wǎng)、交易會、商會、往來客戶等提供的信息,按照潛在客戶的需求,結(jié)合本公司的業(yè)務(wù)范圍和發(fā)展需要,撰寫要求建立業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系的信函、資信調(diào)查函和對公司作簡介。這對我們的綜合素質(zhì)要求很高,信息來源要表達(dá)清楚,公司介紹得當(dāng),建交愿望表達(dá)明確;信函結(jié)構(gòu)完整,調(diào)理清楚,過渡自然;表達(dá)清楚準(zhǔn)確,無重大語法錯誤。之后,開始了工作信函的撰寫,老師先之前給我們講解了撰寫信函的流程,這次實訓(xùn)旨在使我們掌握外經(jīng)貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)信函的撰寫要點,初步做到能在一般情況下寫出內(nèi)容確切、表達(dá)得體、符合規(guī)范、語句通順、沒有語法錯誤的信函。由于現(xiàn)代化的信息傳送方式如傳真、電子郵件的撰寫方式和普通信函相似,故以掌握信函撰寫為重點。詢盤、發(fā)盤要求我們能夠以進(jìn)口商的角色,根據(jù)公司的實際業(yè)務(wù)范圍和需求,用正確格式撰寫詢購產(chǎn)品的信函;能夠以出口商的角色,對進(jìn)口商的詢盤予以答復(fù),撰寫產(chǎn)品報盤的信函同時掌握詢盤和報盤函中重點詞的用法和常用的句型。都要做到術(shù)語準(zhǔn)確,結(jié)構(gòu)完整,調(diào)理清楚,過渡自然,表達(dá)清楚準(zhǔn)確,無重大語法錯誤。還盤和接受要求我們能夠撰寫還盤信函,跟貿(mào)易伙伴就各交易條件進(jìn)行討價還價。討價還價時做到理由得當(dāng),有說服力,言詞和語氣得體。第二次實訓(xùn)的主要內(nèi)容是根據(jù)老師所給的聽力材料撰寫詢盤和發(fā)盤。這一方面要求我們的英語聽力具備一定水平,能理解其所表達(dá)的意思。另一方面,還要根據(jù)其具體內(nèi)容,按照詢盤和發(fā)盤的格式和要求撰寫詢盤和發(fā)盤。第三次實訓(xùn)的主要內(nèi)容是關(guān)于信用證的催證和改證練習(xí)以及包裝練習(xí)。如果買方?jīng)]有能夠及時開立信用證或買方開立的信用證沒有能夠及時到達(dá)賣方,賣方就必須和買方聯(lián)系,催開信用證或弄清信用證的下落。撰寫這類書信時,我們應(yīng)注意用詞要得體,千萬不要使用責(zé)怪和厭煩的口吻。應(yīng)該有禮貌地說明所訂貨物已經(jīng)備妥,但有關(guān)的信用證卻沒有收到。如果第一封信函沒有回音,可以發(fā)第二封信函。這次,仍應(yīng)克制情緒,但可以適當(dāng)表示失望的心情。在修改信用證時,向進(jìn)口商去函,要求其對信用證進(jìn)行修改,并提出具體修改意見。單證不符,哪怕是微小不符也會影響出口人的安全收匯,以至于整個交易的順利進(jìn)行。也就是說,信用證條款與合同規(guī)定是否一致,是出口人在信用證方式收取貨款,順利履行交貨義務(wù)的前提。在撰寫改證信函時,我們要逐條列出信用證需要修改的條款,務(wù)必準(zhǔn)確清晰,要求明確。二、收獲與體會短短的實訓(xùn)旅程馬上就要結(jié)束了,而這次的實訓(xùn)我發(fā)現(xiàn)了許多問題,同時也收獲了許多。而我的最大感觸就是,注意細(xì)節(jié)。剛開始寫信函的時候,對于信函的格式字體等不適很了解,寫出來的信函讓人看著感覺不舒服,要不就是有一些拼寫錯誤,稱呼與段之間,段與段之間沒有空一行。后來在老師的耐心指導(dǎo)下,我知道了,字體格式一般都是Times New Roman,大小一般為四號,在什么時候應(yīng)該空行,拼寫系統(tǒng)自動檢查出錯誤要注意修改。有些不必要的語句可以省略,要盡量簡潔,切中主題。盡量使用較為簡單的句子。通過這次實習(xí),我掌握了很多日后工作所需的基本技能,檢驗了平時所學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)知識,衡量了個人的能力和水平,發(fā)覺了自身存在的不足和缺點。這于我來說無疑是受益匪淺的。本次實訓(xùn)是一筆珍貴的財富,它給我?guī)砹嗽S多快樂和樂趣,知道了親勤的付出是有收獲的,我總結(jié)了在外貿(mào)函電過程中的經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn),幫助我在以后的學(xué)習(xí)過程中不斷充實自己,加強(qiáng)實例分析能力并加強(qiáng)訓(xùn)練,增加感性認(rèn)識,力提高商務(wù)運作能力,真正做到學(xué)以致用。我想我還會珍惜在學(xué)校的每一次的學(xué)習(xí),而這樣的實訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)更是值得我去珍惜。相信,有了這一次實訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷,無論是今后的學(xué)習(xí)還是日后的工作,甚至是未來的生活,我都會更加清楚,自己想要做什么,該做什么,該如何做,怎樣才能做好。此次實訓(xùn)將是我今后人生的一個良好開端,它使我學(xué)到了很多東西,為今后的學(xué)習(xí)做了引導(dǎo),點明了方向,我相信在不遠(yuǎn)的未來定會有屬于我們自己的一片美好的天空。
