【正文】 d Surface WaterThe site did not operate groundwater wells for water supply. There are not monitoring wells located on or near the site or has groundwater quality been otherwise investigated. There are not underground tank and underground pipelines on the property.There are one river closed to the property, but they could not provide water quality information.Remendation:The site should get and review the engineering design information and installation detail of the underground tank. The site should monitor the water quality in the river and the groundwater quality, and conduct a assessments. The site could set up a ongoing monitoring programs.Water Pollution ControlThe site provided one copy of permits from the environmental protection agency for wastewater discharge to the river.The site did not construct proper dike to control cleaning water for leaking or dropping in loading and unloading area. The site does not monitor the ining clean water supply. There were no issues raised relative to water supply quality or quantity, although no data was available for review..Remendation:The site should conduct a formal assessment to find the pollution source. The dike should be constructed in the loading and unloading area. The site should make a action plan to control the pollution source. The site should consider to set a system (Such as ISO14001) to continue improve performance. Air Pollution ControlThere are one facility for treating the exhaust gas on site, but the site could not provide any air emission permits, and monitoring date.I checked the extinguishers during my field audit. The most extinguishers are all of 1211 style, but they did not have any plan to replace.Remendation:The site should get the emission date and the emission permits. The site should review the emission date, and assess the status of air pollution control. The site should set up a system to continue improve environmental performance.
