Hydraulic Pumps 1 帶 2個(gè)液壓泵的液壓動(dòng)力站 iv) Diverter Chute 分流槽 1 No. 1套 v) Hydraulic Crusher液壓碎渣機(jī) 1 No. 1套 vi) Chain Conveyor 二級(jí)刮板 1 vii) Wheel drives 行走輪 9 The SSC / Bottom Ash handling system is designed for continuous operation. 撈渣機(jī)底渣處理系統(tǒng)被設(shè)計(jì)成連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的 Under normal operation ash will fall continuously from the bottom of the boiler into a submerged scraper chain conveyor (SSC) where it is cooled and conveyed out of the boiler house. The bottom ash hopper can provide ash storage whilst the integral water trough maintains the boiler seal. Ash is discharged from the SSC via a diverter chute into a crusher to reduce the particle size. Once material has pasted through the crusher it is conveyed to an ash storage silo by a chain conveyor. The SSC, crusher and chain conveyor may also stop under certain operating conditions or alarms. When enabled locally the SSC will be disabled and the operator can run the drives forward or reverse. During SSC removal ash gates will be closed to isolate the boiler and stop ash falling through to ground.
