【正文】 響應(yīng)。基于上述考慮，結(jié)合目前發(fā)展中國(guó)家勞工權(quán)益保障的不足，筆者認(rèn)為提高國(guó)內(nèi)勞工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是大趨勢(shì)，發(fā)展中國(guó)家不應(yīng)一味抵制這一問(wèn)題而應(yīng)該全面認(rèn)識(shí)問(wèn)題的利弊，從切實(shí)保護(hù)勞工利益和提高國(guó)民福利角度出發(fā)，在保證本國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的前提下對(duì)這一爭(zhēng)論做出積極的響應(yīng)。 參考文獻(xiàn)： Elisabeth Cappuyns，Linking Labor Standards and Trade Sanctions:An Analysis of Their Current Relationship，36 Colum. ‘ [美]:第2版 （上冊(cè)）[M].梁小明，：北京大學(xué)出版社，20XX:5354.
