Mathematics and experience have proved that random variables which stand influences from plentiful, independent, even small effects conform to normal distribution. In mathematical static of inferring many statistics, it is nearing normal distribution as long as the sample size is adequate, regardless of information’s original distribution. Even though some statistics deviate from the normal distribution, if the deviation amount is not large, they can also be dealt with according to normal distribution.
