Golden sample prepare：PE has to prepare the Golden Samples, as well as the label Board Assembly Manufacturing Golden Sample signed by PE (AT0801E105F11) to TE to control the Golden Samples.3. To develop the program and fixture base on the Golden Samples：TE will develop the testing program and the fixture base on the Golden Samples provided by PE.4. To verify the program and the fixture by the Golden Samples：TE and QA will verify the testing program and the fixture by the Golden Samples.5. TE與PD確認修復結果1. 測試程式及治具日常驗證：PD在治具上線及各班作業(yè)員開始作業(yè)前，必須以Golden Sample驗證測試程式及治具的狀態(tài)。2. 異常確認：測試程式及治具以Golden Sample驗證有異常時，由TE進行確認。測試程式或治具的不良：若為測試程式或治具不良，由TE負責修復之。修復Golden Sample：若為Golden Sample不良，由TE負責修復該不良Golden Sample；若無法修復時TE會重新準備新的Golden Sample並附上TE簽核的Board Assembly Manufacturing Golden Sample標籤 (AT0801E105F11),此標籤須於24小時內(nèi)完成會簽作業(yè)。3. TE與PD確認修復結果： PD與TE以Golden Sample驗證測試程式及治具無異常時，即可開始正常作業(yè)。4. 為防止Golden sample 驗證後隨成品流至客戶端，需將Golden sample 的序號於SFIS 鎖碼。5 . PD 專人簽收後立即須上SFIS 網(wǎng)站進行鎖條碼於PACK 站。PDTE1.
