From the system, it follows that translation from the source language to the receptor language is really a plex process. Translation into receptor \target language should be faithful to the source language text and correspondent with the original text. But, Nida pays much attention to the impact which the receptor of target language got from the translation, it both suitable for the political news. 5. strategy of the political translsation In order to achieve this purpose what principal we should to follow: Identifying meanings in context As previously discussed, many mon words may take on new significance in political news language. Translators should bear in mind such phenomenon so as to 14 make correct choice of relevant lexical meanings. The meanings in the context are often narrower and more specific in which case the meanings should be specified rather than rendered into too broad terms, passing more trouble of interpretation to newsreaders. For example , as the old proverb premier wen says in the press conference of the 2020’s two sessions answering to the foreign journalists ,the proverb “The last part of an endeavor is the hardest to finish. “(行百里者半九十 ), while it was translated into “Half of the people who have embarked on a one hundred mile journey may fall by the wayside. ” the reason why this fault appeared is that the translator can’t understanding the meaning . Cultural elements contained Language is part of the culture it belongs to and bears in itself rich cultural elements. PNE is no exception despite its features of being serious, formal and concise. To understand such language terms necessitates a good knowledge of the cultural elements they contain. In order to understand the poem which is used in the occasion premier wen answering to the foreign journalist must know the culture of the china .the essence of the Chinese culture is be modesty and industrious , so all of the poem full of the sprite of inspiration . to translate: Political language should be rendered in a politically correct way. Translators should add necessary information that otherwise will demand more retrieving or searching work from newsreaders. In PNE, language often represents positions and values held by news writers. The translators’ duty is thus not only to tell right from wrong about such positions/values—in a sense that assures accordance with china’s policies, but to properly render the correct positions/values(as the original piece implies)through proper wording. Conclusion Firstly ,we should know the significance of political news. In the information age , news plays an increasingly significant role in people’s life. It makes people 15 better informed, enabling individuals to closely follow the whole munity than get isolated or legged behind. Secondly, we know the feature of the poem used in the political news. Not only has the general feature of timeliness, proximity., lexical featuresbrevity, the syntactic feature of news English and the rhetorical features of news English, but also has the special feature such as political feature, standing on correct political ground and possibly making the news easy for readers. Lastly ,we must know the theory of the translation, and take the strategy of the translation to identifying meaning in context and cultural elements contained.
