【導(dǎo)讀】由于塑料具有許多金屬和其它非金屬所無(wú)法比擬的優(yōu)點(diǎn),所以近年來(lái)發(fā)展尤為迅速。在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)和日用產(chǎn)品中,越來(lái)越多的塑料制品代替了以往的多類產(chǎn)品,而模具作為塑件的成型技術(shù)也得到了迅速發(fā)展。本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)就是在ProENGINEER平臺(tái)上對(duì)速度表從動(dòng)齒輪進(jìn)行的注射模具設(shè)計(jì)。塑料注射模是模具中的一種,也是當(dāng)今市場(chǎng)最常用、最具發(fā)展前景的模具之一。通過(guò)本次設(shè)計(jì),不僅掌握了注射模具的基本設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程和設(shè)計(jì)要領(lǐng),并了解了塑料的基本成型工藝,以及軟件ProENGINEER的實(shí)體建模、裝配建模、制圖基礎(chǔ)、工過(guò)程動(dòng)畫(huà)設(shè)計(jì)等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的基本操作規(guī)則及運(yùn)用方法,從而可以利用軟件ProENGINEER或其它三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件完成模具的整體設(shè)計(jì)。如今,世界模具工業(yè)的發(fā)展甚至已超過(guò)了新興的電子工業(yè)。我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展對(duì)模具工業(yè)提出了越來(lái)越高的要求,預(yù)計(jì)到2005年,僅汽車(chē)行業(yè)將需要各種塑料制件36萬(wàn)噸;電冰箱、洗衣機(jī)和空調(diào)的年產(chǎn)量均超過(guò)1000

The tool electrode and the workpiece can rotate, and the wprkpiece can move in X or Y direction with worktable.To meet SREDM, we have developed a numerical control synchronous rotary system, in which stepping motor divided driving technology controlled with singlechip microputer is applied. Two stepping motors can rotate at any ratio of relative angular 1accessory1 2tool 3workpiece 4accessory2 5worktable the machine apparatus after refittedvelocity. They work accurately and steadily. The feed motion can be carried out by Y direction stepping motor of worktable. The main CPU of the system controls the feed motion on the basis of gap voltage, which is supplied by spark condition inspection block. The one pulse motion equivalent of the worktable is 1m and the stepping motor divided driving technology is added, so the system can exactly trace the spark gap during precision machining. This system is shown in .4. The process and the key of SREDM Before machining, the workpiece and tool electrode are adjusted to the positions which are shown in figure 2. The operation method of the technology is: At first, the two stepping motors that drive the rotation of workpiece and tool are started, then the machining fluids system is opened, at last, the pulse generator is turned on.During machining, in order to sustain the normal spark condition, the feed motion is automatically controlled according to the gap voltage. Not alike conventional EDM, the tool need mot draw back. When shortcircuit ratio is high ., the gap voltage increases to a certain value, the fed motion is continued.
