【導(dǎo)讀】摘要知識(shí)管理當(dāng)前引起了學(xué)界與商界的廣泛關(guān)注。從開展研究的基本視角。本文從上述這幾個(gè)角度對知識(shí)管理。步的思考，提出應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)工程的思想和方法研究知識(shí)管理。知識(shí)管理密切相關(guān)的眾多文獻(xiàn)。來自不同領(lǐng)域的不同學(xué)者從多個(gè)角度對知識(shí)管理進(jìn)行了探。索，這些研究的著眼點(diǎn)各不相同，對知識(shí)管理的實(shí)質(zhì)的理解也有較大差異。另一方面卻也阻礙了這一學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的規(guī)范及進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。學(xué)科性質(zhì)與研究內(nèi)容等方面進(jìn)行了不少討論，例如[1-3]，然而，就知識(shí)管理的學(xué)科現(xiàn)狀而言，更進(jìn)一步的討論仍是必要的。關(guān)問題提出作者的一點(diǎn)初步思考。究與側(cè)重于從人文、社會(huì)與經(jīng)濟(jì)管理等角度進(jìn)行的研究。“知識(shí)資本”管理是知識(shí)管理研究的重要組成部分，其研究開始于八十年代初中期。源，是企業(yè)可持續(xù)的競爭優(yōu)勢的基礎(chǔ)。與理論的探討相對應(yīng)，人們對于知識(shí)資產(chǎn)的管理進(jìn)行了許多實(shí)踐嘗試。
