【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 、保護(hù)資源、保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)一致，滿足經(jīng)濟、社會與環(huán)境的共同發(fā)展。項目管理活動中要貫徹綠色的思想，要充分考慮人和自然的關(guān)系，對那些雖然能獲得短期的經(jīng)濟利益，但嚴(yán)重破壞人類生存環(huán)境的項目應(yīng)該堅決予以禁止。 結(jié) 論 7 關(guān)于綠色工程項目管理，應(yīng)該圍繞建設(shè)“美麗中國”、“兩型社會”大目標(biāo)，強調(diào)經(jīng)濟、技術(shù)、管理、法律的融合，牢牢把握運用市場機制、政府推動、制度創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、管理創(chuàng)新等工具，從滿足工程項目全生命周期的功能需求，實現(xiàn)高效能、低能耗和低碳排放出發(fā)；在傳統(tǒng)管理基礎(chǔ)上，以高效能、低能耗和低碳排放為約束條件， 與現(xiàn)代管理相結(jié)合，確立綠色現(xiàn)代管理理念和方式，以管理過程的綠色化來實現(xiàn)建筑產(chǎn)品的綠色化。 由于自己的學(xué)識有限以及客觀研究條件的限制，工程項目綠色管理的研究還存在以下一些方面的問題 :綠色管理理論是一個比較新的課題，迄今尚未形成完整的理論體系，加上本人對建筑業(yè)涉足不多，研究僅限于理論與方法探索，缺少實踐經(jīng)驗的論證，需要在后續(xù)研究中進(jìn)一步完善。參考文獻(xiàn) 8 參考文獻(xiàn) [1] 叢培經(jīng) .工程項目管理 [M].北京：中國建筑工業(yè)出版社 ,20xx.
