【文章內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介】 種交易貨物運(yùn)輸都需跨越國(guó)界。在世界許多地區(qū)，商業(yè)集團(tuán)如歐盟使得不同國(guó)家間的過(guò)關(guān)手續(xù)不再重要。所以， Incoterms2023正式認(rèn)可所有的貿(mào)易規(guī)則既可以適用于國(guó)內(nèi)交易也可以適用于國(guó)際交易。 Incoterms rules have traditionally been used in International sale contracts where goods pass across national boarders, trade blocks, like the European Union, have made border formalities between different countries less significant. Consequently, the subtitle of the Incoterms2023 rules formally recognize that they are available for application to both international and domestic sale contracts. （二） INCOTERMS2023應(yīng)用 APPLICATION of INCOTERMS2023 1.
