The notice issued by Party A to Party B shall include the amount of the Rent for the Extension Period. In the event that Party B fails to respond in writing to Party A’s notice on renewal option Six (6) months prior to expiration of the Initial Term or applicable Extension Term, Party A shall send the second notice for renewal option to Party B. Party B shall notify Party A in writing whether it will exercise its option of renewal at least Three (3) months prior to the expiration date of the Initial Term or any applicable Extension Period of this Agreement.
