Article 22International student who terminates his studies will be issued with a Study Certificate (study duration at least one year). The student who leaves the school without the permission of the university shall not be issued any study certificate. Article 23 International student shall leave the university within two weeks after the pletion of his termination procedure. International students are allowed to delay their graduation for special reasons. The delay period can not exceed 2 years (excluding the military service).Chapter 10 Supplementary ProvisionsArticle 27International Office is entitled to explain the articles of this regulation. 蘭州理工大學(xué)留學(xué)生 憑《漢語水平證書》入學(xué)及畢業(yè)的規(guī)定 根據(jù)國家教委《關(guān)于外國留學(xué)生憑〈漢語水平證書〉注冊入學(xué)的規(guī)定》 (教外來【1995】 668號)、《中國漢語水平考試(HSK)辦法》 (國家教委令第21號)及中國普通高等學(xué)校接收外國留學(xué)生有關(guān)文件的精神，特制定《蘭州理工大學(xué)留學(xué)生憑〈漢語水平證書〉注冊入學(xué)及畢業(yè)的規(guī)定》。 第一條 凡申請攻讀蘭州理工大學(xué)本科、研究生學(xué)位的留學(xué)生均須參加漢語水平考試 (HSK)并獲得相應(yīng)合格等級的《漢語水平證書》，方可申請正式進(jìn)入專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)。 第二條 本科、研究生專業(yè)進(jìn)入專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)所須達(dá)到的最低合格等級證書為初等C級（三級)；中國政府獎學(xué)金留學(xué)生進(jìn)入專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)所須達(dá)到的最低合格等級證書為中等A級（四級)。 第三條 未參加漢語水平考試(HSK)或未獲得初等 C級(三級)證書的外國學(xué)生可向蘭州理工大學(xué)申請參加漢語補(bǔ)習(xí)。 第四條 持有上述HSK水平有效合格等級證書并符合其他蘭州理工大學(xué)留學(xué)生入學(xué)條件者，可向蘭州理工大學(xué)提出直接進(jìn)入本科、研究生專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)的申請。 第五條 獎學(xué)金生漢語補(bǔ)習(xí)時(shí)間為1年(即入校第1學(xué)年)。1年期滿，漢語水平考試(HSK)仍未獲得中等A級（四級)者，按照國家留學(xué)基金委相關(guān)規(guī)定轉(zhuǎn)為試讀生進(jìn)入專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)。 第六條 蘭州理工大學(xué)接受碩士或博士學(xué)位教育的外國人。攻讀理工科專業(yè)(含管理學(xué)類)學(xué)位的碩士及博士留學(xué)生畢業(yè)時(shí)漢語水平須達(dá)到中等A級(四級)。 第七條 攻讀蘭州理工大學(xué)本科、研究生學(xué)位的留學(xué)生: (一) 教學(xué)語言為漢語的，依照本規(guī)定執(zhí)行； (二) 對經(jīng)教育部審核批準(zhǔn)教學(xué)語言為外語的，不作統(tǒng)一規(guī)定。但學(xué)位論文一般使用漢語，其中論文摘要必須使用漢語。 第八條 本規(guī)定自下發(fā)之日起執(zhí)行。第九條 本規(guī)定由國際合作處負(fù)責(zé)解釋。Lanzhou University of Technology (LUT) International Students Admission amp。 Graduate Regulation on Chinese Proficiency Certificate (HSK) According to the “HSK Regulations on International Students Enrollment” of the Ministry of Education, “Regulations on Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK)” and the other regulations on international students of Chinese universities, LUT formulates “Lanzhou University of Technology International Students Admission amp。 Graduate Regulation on Chinese Proficiency Certificate (HSK)”Article 1Any applicant who pursue undergraduate and graduate degree at LUT are required to attend HSK and get appropriate level of qualified Chinese Proficiency Certificate.Article 2Both undergraduate and graduate international students are at least required to get HSK3 (Elementary Level C)。 Chinese Government Scholarship students are at least required to get HSK4 (Intermediate Level A). Article 3 International students who did not participate in HSK or did not get HSK3 can apply to study Chinese Language at LUT.Article 4International students who have valid HSK certificate and meet the other admission requirements can apply to study the specialty directly.Article 5Chinese Government Scholarship students’ Chinese learning period is 1 year (the first school year). Article 8The regulation is executed from the issued date.Article 9International Office is entitled to explain the articles of this regulation.蘭州理工大學(xué)留學(xué)生法律手續(xù)須知留學(xué)生來華學(xué)習(xí)需要了解和辦理有關(guān)法律手續(xù)，遵守法律和有關(guān)規(guī)定，如: 外國留學(xué)生辦理簽證、居留許可、旅行許可證、地址變更、租住民房、報(bào)失和補(bǔ)辦護(hù)照及居留許可等事項(xiàng)。一、申請辦理居留許可持X簽證入境的留學(xué)生入境后應(yīng)立即與國際合作處聯(lián)系，申請辦理體檢認(rèn)證和申請居留許可手續(xù)。:自入境之日起30天內(nèi)辦理完畢。過期未辦者為違法居留。:辦理居留許可須交驗(yàn)本人簽證護(hù)照、《外國留學(xué)人員來華簽證申請表(JW202或JW201)、蘭州理工大學(xué)錄取通知書和甘肅省出入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫局簽發(fā)的健康證明書、護(hù)照相片8張(2寸，白色背景)，填寫“外國人簽證、居留許可申請表”并由學(xué)校加蓋公章。:須提供在當(dāng)?shù)毓才沙鏊k理登記臨時(shí)住宿手續(xù)并獲得在有效期內(nèi)的臨時(shí)住宿登記卡。《七、留學(xué)生租住民房須知》。學(xué)校每學(xué)期開學(xué)組織持X簽證的留學(xué)生集體到甘肅省出入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫局辦理體檢認(rèn)證。二、辦理出境返回簽證留學(xué)生因病或因特殊事情回國以及假期去其它國家和境外地區(qū)旅行須提前十天向國際合作處提出申請，經(jīng)學(xué)校批準(zhǔn)同意后，方可辦理申請?jiān)偃刖澈炞C手續(xù)。不辦理返回簽證而直接出境者將不能再次入境，須在境外重新申請簽證。在境外申請返回簽證將按照重新申請入學(xué)辦理。持居留許可留學(xué)生出境不須辦理返回簽證。留學(xué)生出國回校后，必須二十四小時(shí)內(nèi)告知國際合作處，由國際合作處向市公安局出入境管理處報(bào)備。三、手續(xù)變更在學(xué)期間，簽證或居留許可延期、變更及各種簽證種類變更等須提前兩周向國際合作處提出申請，經(jīng)同意后方可到蘭州市公安局出入境管理處辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)。住宿地址變更須提前10日告知國際合作處并在24小時(shí)內(nèi)辦理住宿登記手續(xù)。四、公文及證明的有效性任何私自偽造、改寫、涂改、轉(zhuǎn)讓、損壞的各類簽證、證件、申請表格、證明材料將被視為無效。五、旅行與旅游前往不對外國人開放的地區(qū)旅行，須事先向蘭州市公安局出入境管理處申請旅行證，獲準(zhǔn)后方可前往。對于違反規(guī)定者，公安機(jī)關(guān)將按《中華人民共和國外國人入境出境管理法》的有關(guān)規(guī)定處理。留學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)期間不能請假外出旅行。留學(xué)生需嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行學(xué)校的請銷假制度，假期外出要由國際合作處審批，歸校后二十四小時(shí)內(nèi)要告知國際合作處。六、護(hù)照、簽證、居留許可補(bǔ)辦手續(xù)若護(hù)照、簽證、居留許可丟失，應(yīng)當(dāng)日向丟失地公安機(jī)關(guān)(派出所)報(bào)告，取得書面報(bào)案證明，并向本國駐華使館報(bào)告。同時(shí)向國際合作處寫出書面丟失報(bào)告，由學(xué)校出具補(bǔ)辦申請證明后可前往蘭州市公安局出入境管理處申請辦理有關(guān)報(bào)失證明手續(xù)。在本國駐華使館補(bǔ)辦新護(hù)照后必須憑上述證明文件到蘭州市公安局出入境管理處補(bǔ)辦新簽證、居留許可，方可取得合法居留簽證。七、留學(xué)生租住民房須知，應(yīng)事先了解和查驗(yàn)中介機(jī)構(gòu)的合法性，確定房主的合法身份與證明材料的有效性。在簽訂租房合同前向?qū)W校國際合作處咨詢?nèi)〉弥笇?dǎo)幫助。不辦理臨時(shí)住宿登記手續(xù)屬于違法居留。 。(不包括周六、日)報(bào)告國際合作處并出示登記證明，留存聯(lián)系地址和方式。Notice fo
