Take care when travelling by car or bicycle。 do not pick up someone when cycling.Please report to the policemen and International Office in time in case of any emergency to ask for help.Police Tel: 110International Office Tel: 09312976037蘭州理工大學留學生公寓管理規(guī)定 第一章 總則第一條 為規(guī)范留學生公寓的住宿管理，創(chuàng)造文明、健康、安全、整潔、舒適的學習和生活環(huán)境，保障留學生的權(quán)益，根據(jù)《公安局臨時住宿管理規(guī)定》、《外國人住宿管理規(guī)定》、《中華人民共和國外國人入境管理辦法》、《旅店業(yè)治安管理辦法》等有關(guān)文件，制定本規(guī)定。 第二條 留學生公寓由蘭州理工大學國際合作處負責管理。 第三條 蘭州理工大學留學生公寓所有權(quán)屬于蘭州理工大學。公寓用于接待留學生。入住留學生及其他學生應服從管理，配合學校工作。第二章 入住與退宿第四條 公寓住宿人員的住宿資格須經(jīng)國際合作處審批，審批后由國際合作處統(tǒng)一安排：1. 蘭州理工大學錄取的留學生可憑錄取通知書申請住宿； 2. 來校進修、科研合作、交流訪問的外國及港澳臺學生向?qū)W校國際合作處申請住宿。 第五條 留學生辦理入住手續(xù)后入住指定床位，未經(jīng)國際合作處同意不得自行調(diào)換。 第六條 公寓住宿留學生及其他學生退宿時，應到國際合作處辦理相關(guān)退宿手續(xù)。 第七條 留學生退宿后如再次入住公寓，需再次申請。 第三章 住宿管理第八條 留學生應自覺做好安全防范工作，加強安全防范意識。 第九條 離開宿舍房間時要反鎖門、關(guān)好窗戶，貴重物品應妥善保管，大量現(xiàn)金存入銀行。發(fā)現(xiàn)可疑人員應及時通知國際合作處或校內(nèi)保衛(wèi)部門。 第十條 公寓的鑰匙不得隨意轉(zhuǎn)借他人，嚴禁私自換鎖、配鑰匙或另加門鎖。 第十一條 禁止轉(zhuǎn)讓床位，禁止留宿他人。 第十二條 進入公寓樓的來訪人員必須出示有效證件并登記，公寓允許的來訪時間為8：00－23：00。第十三條 愛護公共物品，正確使用公寓樓內(nèi)的公共服務設(shè)施，發(fā)現(xiàn)損壞應及時報修。入住前需檢查相應的配套設(shè)施是否完好，并簽署相關(guān)設(shè)備清單；因使用不當?shù)热藶橐蛩卦斐晒苍O(shè)施損壞的，應照價賠償。 第十四條 公寓內(nèi)嚴禁私自裝修，嚴禁破壞、改變房屋結(jié)構(gòu)和功能。 第十五條 保持公寓內(nèi)清潔，不準故意破壞樓內(nèi)衛(wèi)生。禁止在公共場所亂放雜物。 第十六條 保持公寓樓內(nèi)安靜，嚴禁大聲喧嘩、哄鬧，使用音響、電腦等設(shè)備時不得影響他人。 第十七條 禁止利用宿舍進行賭博、酗酒等影響公寓公共秩序或他人身心健康的活動，禁止個人利用公寓進行商業(yè)活動。 第十八條 未經(jīng)批準，不得在公寓內(nèi)張貼、散發(fā)海報或廣告等宣傳品。 第十九條 公寓內(nèi)禁止攜帶和飼養(yǎng)寵物。第二十條 增強消防意識，嚴禁故意損壞、擅自挪動消防器材，發(fā)現(xiàn)損壞及時通知國際合作處或校內(nèi)保衛(wèi)部門。 第二十一條 公寓區(qū)域內(nèi)嚴禁使用明火。 第二十二條 宿舍內(nèi)嚴禁儲藏或使用易燃、易爆、強腐蝕性物品。正確使用臺燈、收錄機、電視機、電腦等低功率安全的電器，嚴禁使用違章電器、私拉電線、損壞、私自改動供電線路、盜用公共用電。 1. 以下電器在公寓內(nèi)均屬違章電器：（1） 熱得快、電爐、電熱毯、電熱鍋等電器； （2） 1000W（含1000W）以上的超功率電器； 2. 以下行為屬私拉電線： （1） 從房間內(nèi)固定插座以外（含公共場所）引出線路的； （2） 從房間內(nèi)固定插座引出線路至本房間外的。 第二十三條 提倡節(jié)約用電，人走燈熄；提倡節(jié)約用水，杜絕長流水。 第二十四條 住宿人員應將車輛整齊存放在指定地點。 第四章 處罰制度第二十五條 對違反本規(guī)定的住宿人員將進行提示和警告，違反本規(guī)定三次及以上者將取消其公寓住宿資格。
