The Supplier assures that the Scope of the Contract should be a bined system which could be operational independently without purchase of any other parts or spares or equipment by the Purchaser beyond the Scope of the Contract. Within the term of the Contract, where there is any omit or shortage which is not listed in consignment list but shall be included in Scope of the Contract, or which is necessary to satisfy the promised performance of Contract Equipment subject to Appendix 1, the Supplier shall resupply the shortfall within the period required by the Purchaser at Supplier’s cost.
