The receiving date of the Purchaser shall be the factual delivery date when the Purchaser requires the Supplier to deliver in person. The date shall be reference for the penalty of delayed delivery according to Clause of the Contract. For reasons which cannot be contributed to the Purchaser, technical materials is missing, lost or damaged after being checked by the Purchaser or its representative, the Supplier shall provide freely the missing, lost or damaged technical materials for free within 3 days ( 1 day when emergency) after receiving notice from the Purchaser. Provided the technical materials is missing, lost or damaged for the reason of the Purchaser, the Supplier shall provide the missing, lost or damaged technical materials within 7 days ( 3 day when emergency) after receiving notice from the Purchaser with costs and expenditures assumed by the Purchaser. 賣方應(yīng)提前 10 天通知買方交運日期。買方可派遣代表到賣 方工廠及裝貨車站檢查包裝質(zhì)量和監(jiān)督裝車情況。如果買方代表不能及時參加檢驗時，賣方有權(quán)發(fā)貨。上述買方代表的檢查與監(jiān)督不能免除賣方應(yīng)負(fù)的責(zé)任。 The Supplier shall notice the Purchaser the delivery date 10 days earlier. The Purchaser may designate representatives to the Supplier’s plant or shipping station to inspect packaging quality and loading. If representatives of the Purchaser can not attend inspection in a timely manner, the Supplier is entitled to ship. Meanwhile the Supplier shall resupply for free in a timely manner to meet the progress of the project. The Supplier shall liable for breach of contract according to Clause of the Contract when the aforesaid circumstance results in delay of delivery. 7. 包裝與標(biāo)記 package and label 賣方交付的所有貨物要具有適合長途運輸、多次搬運和裝卸的堅固包裝。包裝應(yīng)保證在運輸、裝卸過程中完好無損，并有減振、防沖擊的措施。若包裝無法防止運輸、裝卸 過程中垂直、水平加速度引起的設(shè)備損壞，賣方要在設(shè)備的設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)上予以解決。包裝應(yīng)按設(shè)備特點，按需要分別加上防潮、防霉、防銹、防腐蝕的保護(hù)措施，以保證貨物在沒有任何損壞和腐蝕的情況下安全運抵合同設(shè)備安裝現(xiàn)場。產(chǎn)品包裝前，賣方負(fù)責(zé)按部套進(jìn)行檢查清理，不留異物，并保證零部件齊全。 The Supplier shall have Equipment strongly packed suitable to withstand numerous handling, loading and unloading and longdistance transportation. Equipment shall be packed to ensure its safety during loading and unloading and transportation and protecting it from shake and strike. If packing is unable to protect the Equipment from damages resulting from the horizontal and vertical acceleration during the loading and unloading and transportation, the Supplier shall solve such problem on the design and structure of the Equipment. Packing shall be made according to the feature of the equipment to protect the Equipment from moisture, mould, rain, rust, corrosion and shock, etc. to ensure the safe arrival of the Equipment at the Site without any damage or corrosion.
