The checklist consists of what are needed to be done upon reaching office and before you leave office. The check list should include of all servers, systems, interfaces and work equipments to ensure all IT Systems are in goodworking condition. Make sure the IT Server Room AirConditioning System is running and maintain temperature at a range of 20 degrees Celsius to 22 degrees Celsius, humidity at a range of 50RH to 60RH. If temperature or humidity is out of this range, go to the Power Control Unit (PCU) and perform diagnostics and check ALARM History and do a RESET. Check the AntiVirus Server and make sure it updates itself to the latest VIRUS DEFINITIONS and SCAN ENGINE. Check Holidex router is up and running and IHG work is accessible.
