The construction of the Leasehold Property will meet the requirements and specifications as set forth in Exhibit I, Exhibit II, and Exhibit IV and will be subject to the inspection of and the acceptance by Party B. 第3條 租 期Article 3 TERM 初始租期 Initial Term 本協(xié)議項下一個租約年系指連續(xù)十二(12)個月的租賃期間(“租約年”)。The lease year under this Agreement refers to a consecutive Twelve (12)month lease period (the “Lease Year”). The day following the end of Rentfree Construction Period defined in Article under this Agreement, will be the mencement date of the first lease year (the “Commencement Date”).
