因此,國外的經(jīng)驗只能借鑒,不能簡單照搬。筆者進行了多年的思考與研究, 提出了關(guān)于教育評價管理的“三向 ” 智能評估策略 的需求 , 并充分利用最新的信息技術(shù)解決評價改革中的問題,在 架構(gòu)設(shè)計 思想 SOA 和 其它 技術(shù)的指導(dǎo)下,設(shè)計出“一體化智能教學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺”架構(gòu) 藍圖
