【正文】 I 新能源汽車(chē)在我國(guó)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略 摘 要 我國(guó)新能源汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)正處于萌芽狀態(tài)，對(duì)于我國(guó)新能源汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)未來(lái)的發(fā)展是個(gè)挑戰(zhàn)，目前，在一些發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和地區(qū)中將新能源汽車(chē)的研究作為重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容 。 我國(guó)新能源汽車(chē)的發(fā)展空間是不可估量的 。因此我國(guó)應(yīng)該抓住這個(gè)機(jī)遇，促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展。在新能源汽車(chē)技術(shù)方面，發(fā)展中國(guó)家與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家之間 沒(méi)有太大的差距，因此新能源汽車(chē)不僅有利于促進(jìn)發(fā)展中國(guó)家的發(fā)展，同時(shí)能夠避免發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家出現(xiàn)技術(shù)鎖定的現(xiàn)象。由于我國(guó)在技術(shù)和資源等方面占有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì)，因此建立一個(gè)健全的新能源汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新體系，有利于提高我國(guó)新能源汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，鞏固我國(guó)新能源汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)中的重要的地位，使我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展。 由于目前階段能源和污染問(wèn)題是我國(guó)主要面臨的難題，而新能源汽車(chē)在能源安全和環(huán)境保護(hù)以及節(jié)能方面都占有絕對(duì)的優(yōu)勢(shì)，因此發(fā)展新能源汽車(chē)起著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。新能源汽車(chē)有利于在根本上解決目前我國(guó)空氣嚴(yán)重污染的問(wèn)題 。 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，人們生活水平逐漸提高，因此對(duì)于汽車(chē)的需求越來(lái)越大，因此石油消費(fèi)量在很大程度上不斷增長(zhǎng)。由于我國(guó)是原油的進(jìn)口國(guó)，且原油的需求量?jī)H次于美國(guó)。在所有耗油產(chǎn)品中汽車(chē)占有的比重是最大的，大約在 60%左右。石油屬于不可再生能源，因此在未來(lái)勢(shì)必會(huì)面臨著枯竭的問(wèn)題，而汽車(chē)是主要放入耗油產(chǎn)品，同是又是人們生活的必須品，因此發(fā)展新能源汽車(chē)不僅能夠解決能源危機(jī)問(wèn)題，同時(shí)有利于保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境。綜上所述，新能源汽車(chē)將成為我們研究的重要話題。 本文主要圍繞著新能源汽車(chē)在我國(guó)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略這一話題展開(kāi)，將經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、創(chuàng)新學(xué)以及我國(guó)新能源汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)，在國(guó)際領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)與可持續(xù)發(fā)展方向等理論，作為研究基礎(chǔ)，同時(shí)運(yùn)用全方面分析等多種研究方安對(duì)新能源汽車(chē)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了深入研究，并提出了對(duì)我國(guó)新能源汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要建議措施。 關(guān)鍵詞： 新能源汽車(chē) 發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀 發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略 II New energy vehicles in China39。s development strategy Abtract The development of new energy automotive industry is a challenge for our country39。s automobile industry, but also to promote an opportunity to accelerate the development of auto industry in our present, in some developed countries and the area of new energy vehicles research as the key the future of new energy vehicles has great prospects for our country should seize the opportunity, promote the rapid development of economy in our the new energy automotive technology, developing countries and developed countries, not too much of a gap between the new energy vehicles is not only beneficial to promote the development of developing countries, at the same time to avoid the developed countries in technology locking our country has a certain superiority in technology and resources, thus establishing a sound new energy automotive industry innovation system, to improve China39。s new energy automotive industry petitiveness in the international market, consolidate the new energy automobile industry in our country the important position in the international market, make the rapid economic development of our country.
