【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）專用紙 I 縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的金融支持研究 摘 要 縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)是指在縣域范圍內(nèi)以城鎮(zhèn)為中心，以農(nóng)村為基礎(chǔ)和各種經(jīng)濟(jì)成分有機(jī)構(gòu)成的一種區(qū)域性經(jīng)濟(jì)。它是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行和發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)，也是聯(lián)系城市與農(nóng)村的紐帶?？h域經(jīng)濟(jì)與縣域金融是相互依存、相互促進(jìn)的關(guān)系，兩者密不可分。金融支持縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展涉及金融領(lǐng)域眾多方面的內(nèi)容，但當(dāng)前主要矛盾是信貸資金需求得不到滿足，因此本文將研究內(nèi)容主要集中在對縣域銀行類金融機(jī)構(gòu)提供的信貸業(yè)務(wù)分析上。本文以現(xiàn)代金融發(fā)展理論及其研究方法為指導(dǎo)，分析了我國縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中金融支持的現(xiàn)狀、差距及其金融支持不足的危害，揭示了造成縣域金融抑制的制度基礎(chǔ)及其它根源，以實(shí)現(xiàn)縣域金融資源的優(yōu)化配置和促進(jìn)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。 全文設(shè)計(jì)六個(gè)部分內(nèi)容，第一部分為導(dǎo)論，主要介紹論文研究背景、選題目的及意義國外研究動(dòng)態(tài)綜述、本文的研究思路和方法、研究內(nèi)容與框架等。第二部分為縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中金融支持的理論分析，主要探討金融及其功能，金融發(fā)展和農(nóng)村金融方面具有代表性觀點(diǎn)，為金融支持和農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展尋找理論依據(jù)。第三部分從供給與需求方面分析縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)和縣域金融的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn)，揭示其特征及缺陷。第四部分為金融支持縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的困境與問題。第 五部分為完善縣域金融支持體系的思路、對策等。第六部分為結(jié)束語。對本文研究作以總結(jié)并提出需要進(jìn)一步研究的問題。 關(guān)鍵詞：縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)，縣域金融，金融支持，政策建議 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）專用紙 II FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR COUNTY ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT ABSTRACT The county economy is to point to in the county range to town as the center, in the rural areas and all kinds of economic ponent based anic ponent of a regional economy. It is not only the national economy and the important foundation of the development of city and countryside, but also the link. between urban and rural. County economy and the county financial are dependent on each other, promoting each other, both of which are inseparable. Financial support county economic development involves multitudinous content financial sector, but the main contradiction is that credit capital needs are not being met, so this paper will mainly focus on the research content for county bank kind the financial institutions to provide credit analysis, not on county financial of all. Based on the theory of modern financial development and its research methods for the instruction, the paper analyses the development of county economy in our country in financial support of the present situation, the gap and financial support of the dangers of insufficient, and reveals the county financial repression caused the system basis and other causes, in order to achieve the optimal allocation of financial resources county and promote the development of county economy .
