【正文】 摘要 Ⅰ 摘 要 本設(shè)計介紹了碳酸飲料的市場情況，未來市場走向。進行了工廠選址、產(chǎn)品方案設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)工藝及論證，并以可樂型碳酸飲料為例進行了物料衡算、水電用量的估算、設(shè)備選型、勞動力估算、輔助部門設(shè)計。其中以生產(chǎn)工藝論證和車間布置為重點，對車間門、采光、樓蓋、地坪、內(nèi)墻面、柱子進 行了設(shè)計。并據(jù)此繪出了工藝流程圖、生產(chǎn)車間平面布置圖 、全廠布局圖共 3 張。生產(chǎn)工藝采用先進技術(shù)和設(shè)備，使生產(chǎn)效率得到了提高，同時減少了勞動力。車間和全廠的布局都符合 GMP 衛(wèi)生管理體系和 HACCP 質(zhì)量管理體系。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 碳酸飲料；工 藝論證；車間設(shè)計 Ⅱ ABSTRACT This design contains the market conditions of carbonated drinks and the tone of the market in the future. Site selection of factory, the design of produce scheme, production technique and argumentation are all analyzed in this paper, furthermore, based on the example of carbonated drinks of cola type this paper elaborates the calculation of materials, the estimation of water and electricity consumption, the type selection of equipment, the estimation of labor force and the design of auxiliary department, with emphasis on production technique and plant arrangement. In this paper four design diagrams including process flow diagram, the floor plan of workshop, the sectional drawing of workshop and the layout diagram of the plant are plotted on the basis of the design of the door ofworkshop, delighting, floor system, ground, inside metope and pillar. With the advanced technique and equipment, the production efficiency is improved and the labor force is reduced. The layout of workshop and plant correspond with GMP health care management system and HACCP quality，management system.
