In this paper, basic industrial engineering knowledge based on the theory, made from multiple layers to improve production lines and eliminate wasted time of job processes, to our small and medium garment enterprises as an object, the garment production process analysis, operational analysis, work measurement, line balancing and Labor quota were optimized. In small and medium garment enterprises in the industry to develop a suitable standard working hours, to be used for production management, the development of fixed working hours and standardizing operations and other actions to facilitate production, improve enterprise in the production of scientific and standardized management, thereby enhancing production efficiency.
