內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文 I 摘 要 隨著中國鋼鐵工業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展 ,中國的焦化工業(yè)呈現(xiàn)高速增長趨勢 ,2022 年焦炭總產(chǎn)量約占世界焦炭總產(chǎn)量的 46%,出口焦炭約占世界焦炭貿(mào)易總量的 56%,中國已成為世界焦炭生產(chǎn)、消費及貿(mào)易第一大國。焦化廢水是煤在高溫干餾過程中以及煤氣凈化、化學(xué)產(chǎn)品精制過程中形成的廢水,水質(zhì)隨原煤組成和煉焦工藝而變化,是一種典型的難降解有機廢水。廢水中含有焦油、酚、氰、氨及大量有機物,其成分復(fù)雜,毒性大,它的超標(biāo)排放對人類、水產(chǎn)、農(nóng)作物都可構(gòu)成很大的危害。而選煤中需用到大量的水,因此 ,研究焦化廢水是否可以應(yīng)用到選煤中是我 們極有必要進(jìn)行試驗的重要課題。本文以盤子棋煤為研究對象,在 1L 浮選槽中不同劑量的捕收劑柴油、起泡劑仲辛醇條件下,研究了使用自來水和焦化廢水對煤的浮選效果的影響。 試驗結(jié)果表明與自來水選煤效果相比,使用焦化廢水后,均可以不同程 度地提高精煤的產(chǎn)率,尾煤灰分也是提高的,可將焦化廢水用于選煤生產(chǎn)。焦化廢水選煤試驗中, 在礦漿濃度為 100g/L 條件下 1L 礦漿的最佳藥劑制度為 的起泡劑和 的捕收劑。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 焦化廢水, 選煤廠, 浮選,浮選藥劑 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文 II ABSTRACT With the rapid development of China39。s steel industry, China39。s coking industry fast total output of coke in 2022 accounted for about 46% of the world39。s total output of coke, export coke about 56% of the total of world39。s coke trade, and China has bee world coke production, consumption and trade superpower. Coking wastewater is theprocess of coal carbonization at high temperature and gas purification, chemical products formed during the waste water purification, water quality, position and coking coal with the change process is a typical refractory anic wastewater. They may contain tar, phenol, cyanide, ammonia and a large number of anic pounds, their plex position, toxicity, and its excessive emissions on humans, aquatic products, crops can be a great harm. Preparation of the need to rely on large amounts of water, and therefore the study can be applied to coking coal preparation waste water is imperative that we tested an important issue. This paper, with coal chess in 1L flotation cell flotation of different doses of diesel oil and foaming agent , study the coal flotation effect of using water and wastewater . The results showed that pared with the effect of water Coal, coking wastewater after use, can significantly enhanced the yield of clean coal, coal ash is enhanced tail can be used for coking coal preparation waste water production. Coal coking wastewater experiments, the best pharmaceutical system as foaming agents and collector of 1L slurry.
