【正文】 本 科 畢 業(yè) 論 文（設(shè) 計） 選煤廠φ 30 米膠輪式周邊傳動濃縮機(jī)的設(shè)計 選煤廠φ 30 米膠輪式周邊傳動濃縮機(jī)的設(shè)計 I 摘 要 近年來隨著生活水平的提高，城市生活污水和工業(yè)廢水的排放量也逐年遞增。解決城市水污染的根本出路在于建設(shè)城市污水處理廠。我國在城市污水處理廠建設(shè)方面成績卓越。沉淀池作為污水處理廠的常規(guī)水處理構(gòu)筑物，在水處理廠 中發(fā)揮重要的作用。而作為水處理中最基本方法的沉淀法，在水處理的不同階段都發(fā)揮著重要的作用。濃縮設(shè)備在選礦廠一般用于過濾之前的精礦濃縮或尾礦脫水，還可廣泛用于煤炭、化工、建材以及水源和污水處理等工業(yè)中含固料漿液的濃 縮和凈化。 濃縮機(jī)主要由圓形濃縮池和耙式刮泥機(jī)兩大部分組成，濃縮池里懸浮于礦漿中的固體顆粒在重力作用下沉降，上部則成為澄清水，使固液得以分離，沉積于濃縮池底部的礦泥由耙式刮泥機(jī)連續(xù)地刮集到池底中心排礦口排出，而澄清水則由濃縮池上沿溢出。耙式濃縮機(jī)通常可分為中心傳動式和周邊傳動式兩大類，構(gòu)造大致相同，都是由池體、耙架、傳動裝置、給料裝置、排料裝置、安全信號和耙架提升裝置組成。 濃縮機(jī)機(jī)主要有周邊傳動式、中心傳動式、矩形平流池桁車式、鏈傳動式等。它是排泥機(jī)械中的一種常見設(shè)備，它是沉淀池不可缺少的設(shè)備。本設(shè)計研究 的刮泥機(jī)為周邊傳動式。 關(guān)鍵詞： 濃縮機(jī) ； 周邊傳動 ； 功率計算； 整體設(shè)計； 選煤廠；尾礦脫水 選煤廠φ 30 米膠輪式周邊傳動濃縮機(jī)的設(shè)計 II Coal Preparation Plant φ30 m rubber tire peripheral drive concentrator design Abstract With the improvement of living standards in recent years, municipal sewage and industrial wastewater is emissions every year.
