I 摘 要 刮泥機主要應用于 廣泛 用于城市污 水處理廠及各種工業(yè)廢水處理工程中,功能是將輻射式沉淀池中沉淀后的污泥刮集和排除 ,在污水處理設備中起到至關重要的作用,是保證污水處理廠各種沉淀構建物正常運轉(zhuǎn)的關鍵設備。 刮泥機一般又分為周邊傳動、中心傳動、鏈條傳動等,周邊傳動刮泥機又分為全 跨 式和半跨式兩種 ,本設計研究的是半跨式周邊傳動刮泥機。 在設計的過程中,圍繞機械結(jié)構系統(tǒng)的要求展開的,通過對比幾套方案的優(yōu)缺點,最后定下了本篇論文的設計方案,本設計選用半跨式周邊傳動,其中有水平桁架、旋轉(zhuǎn)桁架、板梁、中心旋轉(zhuǎn)支承、刮臂與 刮板、輪子與走道、聯(lián)軸器等結(jié)構,該方案較好的設計出了一套刮泥設備,該機械具有結(jié) 構簡單、重量輕,節(jié)約運行費用、維護管理方便,消耗功率小,工效高,安全性高,傳動平穩(wěn),操作方便造價低等優(yōu)點。 關鍵詞: 刮泥機; 污水處理; 周邊傳動;半跨式 II Abstract Scraping mudmainly used extensively for urban sewage treatment plants and industrial wastewater treatment projects, function is to be radiationsedimentation tank precipitation after scraping the mudand exclude, in sewage treatment equipment to play Commissioner important role is to ensure that the sewage treatment plant all kinds of precipitation Construction of the normal operation of key equipment. In the design process, launches regarding the mechanism system39。s request, through contrasts several sets of plans the good and bad points, finally has settled this paper design proposal, this design selects half straddle type peripheral transmission, including the horizontal truss, the revolving truss, the plate girder, the central revolving supporting, to blow the arm and the scraper, the wheel and the aisle, shaft coupling isostructuralism, this plan good design set has blown the putty equipment, this machinery has the structure to be simple, the weight is light, saves the operating cost, the maintenance management to be convenient, the consumed power is small, the work efficiency is high, the security is high, the transmission is steady, ease of operation construction cost low status merit.
