【正文】 9 / 11許昌職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計(jì)）淺談模糊語(yǔ)言在商務(wù)談判中的作用系 別： 外 語(yǔ) 系 姓 名： 楊 普 萍 班 級(jí)： 08級(jí) 10班 專(zhuān) 業(yè)： 商務(wù)英語(yǔ) 指導(dǎo)教師： 完成時(shí)間： 摘要模糊性，就是人們認(rèn)識(shí)中關(guān)于對(duì)象類(lèi)屬辯解和性態(tài)的不確定性，它是自然語(yǔ)言的一種本質(zhì)屬性。論文進(jìn)一步分析了商務(wù)談判中模糊語(yǔ)言是如何去順應(yīng)的，研究表明模糊語(yǔ)言對(duì)語(yǔ)境具有高度的順應(yīng)性。通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，模糊語(yǔ)言可以很好地服務(wù)于談判者的交際。商務(wù)談判中存在大量模糊語(yǔ)言并不是因?yàn)檎勁姓呷狈?duì)世界的認(rèn)識(shí)，而是他們有意識(shí)使用的結(jié)果，也是語(yǔ)境與語(yǔ)言結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)態(tài)順應(yīng)的結(jié)果。商務(wù)談判中，模糊語(yǔ)言也成了一種策略和手段，本文分析了模糊語(yǔ)言在商務(wù)談判中的作用:（一）委婉含蓄，保留雙方面子；（二）避免絕對(duì)，使語(yǔ)言靈活嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)；（三）留有余地，避免僵局；(四)增強(qiáng)說(shuō)服能力，促進(jìn)談判成功。關(guān)鍵詞：商務(wù)談判；模糊語(yǔ)言，作用AbstractFuzziness, is people know about the object belongs in the allegations and behavior of uncertainty, it is a kind of the essential attribute in natural language. It is observed that vague language is highly adaptable to contexts . It is shown that the pragmatic functions vague language has can properly serve the negotiators’municative employment of vague language in business negotiations thus is a result of negotiators’ deliberate use and the interadaptability between context and the business nagotiation,vague language has also bee a kind of strategy and method, This present analyize the function of the vague language in the negotiations:First, make the language ,avoid absolutely, make the language flexible rigorous。 Third,leave some leeway for us.
