【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 伺服轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)摘 要畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是對(duì)大學(xué)專業(yè)知識(shí)的鞏固、提高和綜合運(yùn)用，是對(duì)學(xué)生的理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合能力的考驗(yàn)。通過畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)這一過程，完成簡單機(jī)械系統(tǒng)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)，樹立正確的設(shè)計(jì)思想和工程意識(shí)，培養(yǎng)獨(dú)立分析、解決實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)問題的能力，為今后的學(xué)習(xí)和工作打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。本文完成了對(duì)一個(gè)伺服轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。與已有的伺服系統(tǒng)相比，此系統(tǒng)它具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、外廓尺寸小和重量輕等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。論文首先簡要介紹了課題的背景，以及伺服系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用，然后根據(jù)方案確定傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)種類，從而確定了傳動(dòng)的基本類型。論文主體部分包括驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置（包含電動(dòng)機(jī)）、錐齒輪傳動(dòng)、少齒差行星減速器。通過對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置包含電動(dòng)機(jī)選取，然后分配錐齒輪傳動(dòng)、行星減速器、的傳動(dòng)比，確定錐齒輪和行星減速器的大致結(jié)構(gòu)之后，對(duì)其進(jìn)行了整體結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和校核。論文最后對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)過程進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。因本人的知識(shí)水平有限，實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足，之中的錯(cuò)誤與不妥之處在所難免，懇請(qǐng)讀者批評(píng)指正關(guān)鍵詞：伺服傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)；少齒差行星減速器；錐齒輪傳動(dòng)iABSTRACTThe graduation design is an approach for students to consolidate, improve and apply the professional knowledge they have learned in university and it is also a test of the students’ ability of bining theories with practices.
