【正文】 提供全套畢業(yè)論文圖紙,歡迎咨詢 河南 科技 大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文 題目: CK6140 數(shù)控車床主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 專業(yè):機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化 班級(jí): 指導(dǎo)老師: 姓名: 學(xué)號(hào): 摘要 I 摘要 數(shù)控車床不僅能夠車外圓還能用于鏜孔、車端面、鉆孔與鉸孔。與其他種類的機(jī)床相比,車床在生產(chǎn)中使用最廣。 本論文首先 介紹了我國(guó)數(shù)控機(jī)床發(fā)展的過(guò)程與現(xiàn)狀 ,并分析了其存在的問(wèn)題 。對(duì)數(shù)控機(jī)床的 發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了探討 ; 并對(duì) ck6140 數(shù)控車床主軸箱傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì) 算。 主軸箱有安裝在精密軸承中的空心主軸和一系列變速齒輪組成。數(shù)控車床主軸可以獲得在調(diào)速范圍內(nèi)的任意速度,以滿足加工切削要求。 目前,數(shù)控車床的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)是通過(guò)電氣與機(jī)械裝置進(jìn)行無(wú)級(jí)變速。變頻電機(jī)通過(guò)帶傳動(dòng)和變速齒輪為主軸提供動(dòng)力。通常變頻電機(jī)調(diào)速范圍 3—5,難以滿足主軸變速要求;串聯(lián)變速齒輪則擴(kuò)大了齒輪的變速范圍 。 本設(shè)計(jì) 的不足之處由于受到傳遞轉(zhuǎn)矩的限制而無(wú)法采用電磁離合器進(jìn)行變速換擋,而采用了液壓撥叉進(jìn)行變速換擋,增加了機(jī)床的復(fù)雜性,必須將數(shù)控裝置的電信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換為電磁閥的機(jī)械動(dòng)作,從而增加了變速機(jī)構(gòu)的中間 環(huán)節(jié),相應(yīng)地帶來(lái)更多不可靠的因素。 關(guān)鍵詞: 數(shù)控車床 ,無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速,傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng) ,變速機(jī)構(gòu) Abstract II Abstract NC lathe can do boring, facing, drilling and Reaming in addition to use of lathes in the production than the other types of machine tools and more. And pared to other types of machine tools, lathes in the production is the most widely used. In this design ,the development and current situation of NC machine in China was introduced and a series of problems were presented .The development trend to NC lathe was countermeasures was presented for the development of NC machine in China and then the headstock of ck6140NC lathe has been calculatly designed . Headstocks is posed of the hollow spindle which is installed in precision bearings and a series of transmission gears. The spindle can obtain any speed in the speed range to meet the processing requirements of cutting. At present, the development trend is to provide a continuously variable speed through the electrical or mechanical devices . Variable Frequency Motor conveys the power through belt drive and a set of transmission gears. The speed range of Variable Frequency Motor is usually 35 , which is difficult to meet the speed range requirements of the spindle speed。 The transmission gears is to expand the scope of a variablespeed to meet the speed range of the spindle . Disadvantages of this design because of the transmission torque limit and cannot use electromagic clutch to shift gears, and adopts the hydraulic fork are shifting, machine tools increased plexity, we must convert electrical signals into mechanical actions of numerical control device of electromagic valve, thereby increasing the intermediate link transmission mechanism, accordingly bring more unreliable factors.
