【正文】 遼寧省高等教育自學(xué)考試 公司管理 專業(yè) (本科段 ) 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) (論 文 ) 設(shè)計(jì)題目 ： 鞍山鋼鐵集團(tuán)公司安全生產(chǎn)管理問題研究 2020 年 8 月 I 摘要 鋼鐵企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)是保證企業(yè)不斷發(fā)展的基石。安全是企業(yè)生產(chǎn)之本。眾所周知，鋼鐵企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)過程極其復(fù)雜危險(xiǎn)?，F(xiàn)代鋼鐵企業(yè)隨著生產(chǎn)設(shè)備與系統(tǒng)的不斷改進(jìn)與更新，事故發(fā)生率明顯降低，但事故造成的損失與傷亡卻逐步增加。由此可見，對(duì)于鋼鐵企業(yè)而言，安全生產(chǎn)任重而道遠(yuǎn)。 本文 選定鞍山鋼鐵集團(tuán)公司的安全生產(chǎn)管理作為研究對(duì)象，以鞍山鋼鐵集團(tuán)公司員工傷亡狀況作為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，統(tǒng)計(jì)分析 2020~2020這十年間鞍山鋼鐵集團(tuán)公司的傷亡事故，從中發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)備老化和人為操作不當(dāng)?shù)男袨槭鞘鹿手饕?。因此，結(jié)合安全生產(chǎn)管理理論，針對(duì)鞍山鋼鐵集團(tuán)公司在安全生產(chǎn)管理方面存在的問題，提出了相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策。通過加強(qiáng)設(shè)備、運(yùn)行及人員方面的管理，以達(dá)到完善鞍山鋼鐵集團(tuán)公司安全生產(chǎn)管理制度，改善公司安全生產(chǎn)管理狀況的目的。 文中從生產(chǎn)的安全意義入手，著重分析鞍山鋼鐵集團(tuán)公司安全生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀，在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合鞍山鋼鐵集團(tuán)公司 安全生產(chǎn)管理方面存在的問題提出了幾點(diǎn)建議。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 鋼鐵企業(yè)；傷亡事故；安全生產(chǎn)管理 II Abstract The safety production of iron and steel enterprises is the fundamental for keeping pany developing continually. Safety is the soul of enterprise’s production. It is well known that the productive process of iron and steel enterprise is extremely plex and dangerous. As the improving of the productive equipment and system of contemporary iron and steel enterprise, the frequency of accident is significantly decreased, however, the damages and injures from these accidents are increasingly. Hence, it can be seen that in the case of iron and steel enterprises, there is long way to go for safety production. This paper selected the safety production management of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation as the research object, choose the employees’ casualty status as the starting point, analysis the decade of casualty accidents from 2020 to 2020. It is concluded that poor management and improper manual manipulation is the major cause from these accidents. Therefore, with the theory of safety production management, Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation for safety production management problems put forward the corresponding countermeasures. By strengthening equipment, operation and personnel aspects of management, in order to achieve the safety management system perfect of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation and improve the safety of the pany39。s production management purposes. This paper starting from the significance of safety production, emphatically analyzed the safety productive status of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation, bining these basic situation with the current problems exists on safety production management model, finally give some advice III below.
