【正文】 哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 摘要 在經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展的今天,人力資源作為企業(yè)中最寶貴的資源,已變得越 來(lái)越重要,對(duì)人力資源的有效管理是提高企業(yè)利潤(rùn)的一個(gè)重要途徑。傳統(tǒng)的 人力資源管理系統(tǒng)只局限于簡(jiǎn)單的人事管理,而如今作為 ERP 系統(tǒng)的一個(gè) 組成部分,人力資源管理系統(tǒng) 發(fā)展到可為企業(yè)的決策提供全方位的解決方 案。并同 ERP 中的財(cái)務(wù)、生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)組成高效的、具有高度集成性的企業(yè)資 源系統(tǒng)。 本文論述了 ERP 人力資源管理系統(tǒng)中人員檔案管理與人力資源計(jì)劃子 系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。本系統(tǒng)包括員工檔案管理、績(jī)效管理和人員規(guī)劃三個(gè)主 要的功能模塊。能實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)員工檔案、員工合同和常見(jiàn)的人事變動(dòng)的有效管 理,能方便地對(duì)員工進(jìn)行績(jī)效考核和獎(jiǎng)懲作業(yè),能對(duì)企業(yè)的人員進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和 需求預(yù)測(cè),能有效地進(jìn)行員工招聘和培訓(xùn)管理。本文將從需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè) 計(jì)、系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)到系統(tǒng)測(cè)試幾個(gè)階段詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了這三個(gè)模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn) 過(guò)程。 本系統(tǒng)采用 C/S 開(kāi)發(fā)模式,以 Power Builder 作為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)前臺(tái)開(kāi)發(fā)工 具,后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)采用的是 Sybase Adaptive Server Anywhere 。整個(gè)開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò) 程采用軟件工程的方法,使得系統(tǒng)具有高效性、穩(wěn)定性、健壯性、易維護(hù)、 可擴(kuò)展等優(yōu)良特性。 關(guān)鍵詞 人力資源;人力資源管理; ERP 系統(tǒng);人力資源計(jì)劃;軟件工程 I 哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) Abstract Nowadays, as economy develops rapidly, human resource that is the most precious resource has bee more and more important. The effective management of human resource is an important way of increasing profit of enterprise. Traditional human resource management systems are limited to personnel management. However, as a ponent of ERP system today, human resource management system can provide the overall solutions scheme to help enterprise make decisions. It bined with financing and manufacturing system constitutes an effective, high integrative enterprise resource system. This paper discusses the design and realization of employee archive management and personnel planning in ERP human resource management system. The system includes three main function modules: employee archive management, performance management and personnel planning. It can manage effectively employee archives, employee contracts and mon personnel alternations。 it can appraise and reward employees conveniently。 it can do employee statistics and forecast employee demand conveniently。 and it can manage effectively employee recruitment and training. This paper shows in detail the realization of the three modules in four phases: need analysis, system design, system realization and system test. The system adopts C/S developing pattern. The front databasedeveloping tool is Power Builder , and the background database is Sybase Adaptive Server Anywhere . The whole developing process follows the software engineering method, thus the system has many good features such as effectiveness, stabilization, robustness, maintainability, extensibility, and so on.
