【正文】 安徽理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文 I 我國(guó)現(xiàn)代國(guó)有企業(yè)員工激勵(lì)機(jī)制研究 摘要 在深化經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的大時(shí)代背景下,各種形式的企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)將會(huì)愈發(fā)激烈。那么,為了讓自身在異常激烈的企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)期目標(biāo),企業(yè)必須要想方設(shè)法去解決自身面臨的問題。能夠幫助企業(yè)在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得勝利,并能完成制定的企業(yè)目標(biāo)的一種重要方法是對(duì)員工進(jìn)行激勵(lì)。激勵(lì)的過(guò)程是滿足員工需要,發(fā)揮員工積極性,激發(fā)員工創(chuàng)造性,從而利用企業(yè)寶貴的人力資源,全面提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的過(guò)程。此外,搞好國(guó)有企業(yè)發(fā)展和改革的關(guān)鍵是建立 健全經(jīng)營(yíng)者激勵(lì)機(jī)制,發(fā)揮其在國(guó)有企業(yè)改革發(fā)展中的重要作用。但是,我國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)并未形成科學(xué)有效、適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制發(fā)展的激勵(lì)制度,這在很大程度上使經(jīng)營(yíng)者的經(jīng)營(yíng)行為扭曲,并使其對(duì)盈虧責(zé)任意識(shí)弱化。如若不改變上述現(xiàn)狀,則國(guó)有企業(yè)改革將不能繼續(xù)深化。所以,我們有義務(wù)、有責(zé)任、有必要去系統(tǒng)研究國(guó)有企業(yè)激勵(lì)機(jī)制。在廣泛查找和翻閱相關(guān)書籍及調(diào)查報(bào)告的情況下,本文從深入研究激勵(lì)概念及相關(guān)理論開始,然后系統(tǒng)分析了中外企業(yè)員工激勵(lì)方面的歷程及研究成果,以現(xiàn)代激勵(lì)理論為基礎(chǔ)理論指導(dǎo),深入分析我國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)員工激勵(lì)的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題, 并且提出了相應(yīng)的意見和建議。接著將某大型國(guó)有企業(yè)的激勵(lì)機(jī)制做為研究對(duì)象,從多個(gè)角度剖析該企業(yè)員工激勵(lì)成效,并從中進(jìn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)和整理。最后,結(jié)合當(dāng)今我國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)改革的時(shí)代背景,在宏觀上對(duì)建立健全我國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)激勵(lì)機(jī)制提出相應(yīng)的建議。 關(guān)鍵詞: 國(guó)有企業(yè) 激勵(lì) 員工激勵(lì) 改革 安徽理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文 II Modern stateowned enterprise employees incentive mechanism research in our country Abstract With the deepening of economic system reform of our country, all kinds of enterprises will face fierce petition.
