畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 九七一九二零八零零全套資料請(qǐng)加 Q I 摘 要 發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)曲軸是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)中最重要的部件之一,它承受復(fù)雜、交變的沖擊載荷, 是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。正因?yàn)榍S在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)動(dòng)力輸出中的重要性及受力的復(fù)雜性,曲軸的加工質(zhì)量的好壞直接影響整個(gè)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的壽命及性能的好壞。 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,數(shù)控加工技術(shù)得到了更廣泛的應(yīng)用。數(shù)控車床、數(shù)控內(nèi)銑床、數(shù)控車?yán)驳认冗M(jìn)設(shè)備對(duì)主軸頸、連桿軸頸進(jìn)行數(shù)控車削、內(nèi)銑削、車 拉削加工,以有效減少曲軸加工的變形量。曲軸精加工將廣泛采用 CNC 控制的曲軸磨床對(duì)其軸頸進(jìn)行精磨加工。此種磨床將配備砂輪自動(dòng)動(dòng)平衡裝置、中心架自動(dòng)跟蹤裝置、 自動(dòng)測(cè)量、自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償裝置、砂輪自動(dòng)修整、恒線速度等功能要求,以保證磨削質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定。 本文以 Pro/ E中的 NC 模塊與 VERICUT 軟件為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合其各自特點(diǎn),通過(guò)對(duì)某發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)曲軸的數(shù)控模擬加工的研究,提出一種零件建模、仿真加工的快捷方法,可大大加快建模編程速度、仿真驗(yàn)證加工工藝,提高生產(chǎn)效率。 關(guān)鍵詞: 發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)曲軸; VERICUT; Pro/E;數(shù)控加工;仿真 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 九七一九二零八零零全套資料請(qǐng)加 Q II ABSTRACT The crankshaft is one of the most important parts of engine, because it bear the plex, the impact of alternating load, thus the engine design is important and difficult. Because of the crankshaft in the engine power output in the importance and plexity of the force, the crankshaft machining quality directly affects the entire life of the engine and performance is good or bad. With the development of science and technology, NC technology is more widely used. CNC lathes, the milling machine, CNC lathe spindle broaching machine and other advanced equipment to the neck, connecting rod journal for CNC turning, milling inside the car pullcut processing, in order to effectively reduce the deformation of the crankshaft machining. Finishing will be widely used crankshaft crankshaft grinder CNC control for fine grinding of its journal. Such grinding machines will be equipped with automatic grinding wheel balancing equipment, the center rack automatic tracking devices, automatic measurement, automatic pensation device, automatic wheel dressing, constant speed and other functions required to ensure the stability of the grinding quality. In this paper, Pro / E in NC modules and VERICUT software, bined with their respective characteristics, the engine crankshaft through a process of NC simulation presents a part modeling, simulation processing, quick way to greatly speed up the modeling programming speed, simulation process, improve production efficiency.
