畢業(yè)設(shè)計 說明書 題 目: 氣動式送料機構(gòu)及關(guān)鍵零件夾具設(shè)計 學(xué) 號 : 姓 名: 班 級 : 專 業(yè): 機械設(shè)計制造及其自動化 指導(dǎo)教師: 學(xué) 院: 機械工程學(xué)院 答辯日期: 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 說 明 書 I 摘 要 本文主要是對氣動式送料機構(gòu)進行設(shè)計說明。該機構(gòu)主要采用氣缸來提供動力,完成送料過程,降低了人工操作要求同時提高了工作效率。相關(guān)設(shè)計后,進行裝配圖設(shè)計和繪制部分零件圖,建立送料機構(gòu)三維模型并進行仿真分析。而專用夾具設(shè)計選擇了該機構(gòu)中連接 件的鉆孔工序,并繪制零件圖和夾具裝配圖。 關(guān)鍵詞: 氣動式;送料機構(gòu);夾具 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 說 明 書 1 Abstract A pneumatic feeding mechanism was designed in this article. The mechanism provides the power by cylinder to finish feeding process. After the design was finished, assembly drawing and some of the parts figures was drew, also the threedimensional model of the feed mechanism and simulation analysis was established. Drilling process of connection in the mechanism was chose in this special fixture design. At last, parts diagram and fixture assembly drawings were drew.
