【正文】 武漢科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 近年隨著鋼鐵,汽車,家電行業(yè)的發(fā)展,對(duì)鋼板要求越來越高。由于種種原因軋后鋼材必須經(jīng)過矯正,才能消除制品的彎曲和扭擰,波浪彎和瓢曲等缺陷以達(dá)到國家規(guī)定的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。所以矯正機(jī)在軋鋼機(jī)械中有著舉足輕重的地位。由于施加鋼材反向彎曲或拉伸的方式不同及結(jié)構(gòu)上的不同而有不同類型的矯直機(jī),所以矯直鋼材所需的矯直機(jī)的種類有很多種,驅(qū)動(dòng)矯直機(jī)的減速分配箱也有各種各樣的傳動(dòng)方式。因此,需根據(jù)矯直機(jī)的要求設(shè)計(jì)專門的傳動(dòng)分配箱。本文的設(shè)計(jì)方案是:由一個(gè)電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)的,經(jīng)過一級(jí)減速的,通過五個(gè)小齒輪進(jìn)行分配的整體減速分配箱。由于圓柱齒輪減速機(jī)的制造和安裝較為簡(jiǎn)單,因此在矯直機(jī)主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。將該矯直機(jī)的減速分配箱,制造成聯(lián)合減速機(jī)。因?yàn)閷p速機(jī)和齒輪座組成一個(gè)整體,可減少傳動(dòng)件,且結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,能減少機(jī)列總長(zhǎng)度,節(jié)省精整車間的空間。在整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)中,本文對(duì)減速分配箱箱體內(nèi)的各零件做了仔細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和校核,通過對(duì)箱體內(nèi)各零件的合理的布置以及各部分的完善,最終設(shè)計(jì)除了滿足要求的矯直機(jī)的主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)。 本文設(shè)計(jì)的主參數(shù)如下:選擇電機(jī)為:Y系列,其轉(zhuǎn)速為nm=960r/min。減速機(jī)為一級(jí)減速,其傳動(dòng)比:i=3分配箱經(jīng)一級(jí)分配。分配齒輪齒數(shù)為Z=21關(guān)鍵詞:矯直機(jī);矯直機(jī)主傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu);減速分配箱;減速機(jī);機(jī)架 Abstract In recent years, with the iron and steel, automobiles, household appliances industry, increasing demands on the plate.
