Several French regions perform well which contributes to France’s overall positive result in 2020. An equal number of projects were located in the Scandinavian cityregions of Copenhagen and Stockholm ranking them just below the largest metropolitan areas of Europe. Several Eastern European cityregions like Moscow, Budapest, and St. Petersburg performed well in 2020. No German regions are found in Top 15.
