Seeing from macroangle, using mechanical transmission to run mass production ,expect realizing producing automation, dropping labour intensity, it will reduce faults of manmade, improve processing accuracy and efficiency with mechanical transmission and even more with precision transmission we should use mechanical transmission to run mass production that our product will be intensed petition in international . Seeing from microangle, transmission line has strong points as bellows: high processing accuracy,good product quality, high producing efficiency, good flexible, low labour intensity and so on. Cost to buy a transmission line is smaller than expenses of human sources which have been saved, so in this way it will reduce cost of production The diploma project mainly put up technology design on norelation car of transmission line ,tensioning structure of smooth chain wheel , tight structure of aerodynamic bit and mark and outside framework of transmission line .in addition, it takes PLC puter programming control on electric control part. The carmode transmission which is put forward by the project takes updown track ,we set a curved track on transmission chain wheel.,so car will smoothly reverse on the curved track.
